I had a query regarding tickets for a rescheduled gig The website was out of date BUT after submitting a request via the Contact Us link my issue was sorted in literally minutes I now have my new tickets thanks to superb support from Hanz Godwin T Service definitely worth celebrating Well done

Prompt and efficient service

Owing to the concert I had booked being re-scheduled I had to claim a refund as the revised date was unsuitable for me This was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Hanz within a few minutes of me making sending an email I have to also say that dealing with this company is a whole lot better than trying to deal with Ticketmaster who seem to go out of their way to make things difficult Fees were also less with Ticketweb 10 10

Hanz Ticketweb was prompt and very helpful - despite generic email warnings that it might take a while to reply He was on in about 20 mins I was worried RE a ticket confirmation since I had deleted a number of emails - I suspect they included the original ticket confirmation - but customers these days just want simple answers to straightforward questions which is an art in itself seemingly more complicated than one might think Hanz sorted it
