I wasted 3 days going to the collection

I wasted 3 days going to the collection point every day to be told the same thing every time that my product was unavailable and that it might be available tomorrow It was all unofficial because I received an email saying that the order had already been collected Good thing I was able to get my money back for the item

Toolstation does not refund an order that did not go through their system

I made an online order to pick up an item from the store at Capelle as I always do The payment went through and two days later I went to the store to collect my order never received an order confirmation but decided to go anyway I went there but the store claimed that they never received my order in their system I opened a claim 747590 to get refunded but there is no response from their customer service and of course no refund This is first time this happens and the last I will go to Hornbach from now on

Why not publish honesty

Why ask for a review when they give you the wrong items and you give a negative review they then say can t publish it why ask for a honest opinion I do give honest reviews the item I ordered evo stick silicon when I see you have given me calking even you assistant said how ever have they done that the week before I ordered a door brush draft excluder and they gave me a different one from what I ordered G Manley

I did order 05 01 2025 and still don t get tracking of my delivery After call and ask what my order I got information to wait Still don t get any information So I m already pay for the order and do t get any information what happened with my order On website delivery time is max 2 3 days Now it s 8 days and I don t get any tracking and informations about delay

Not refunding payments without orderOn Friday 28 december I had an issue with their website Therefor a double payment was taken of my bank account However they cannot find it while it has a unique reference from them They say I should contact my bank this is ridiculous

bad toolstation bad

Like so many suppliers these days Toolstation have adopted and promote Complete saving bad toolstation bad These companies offer a so called Cash back deal and I like an idiot signed up to find my bank account had been debited with a monthly payment to Webloyalty S rl which is not affiliated with Toolstation btw and months went by before I realised that I had agreed to the direct debit to pay this company a monthly amount for a so called cash back deal that never happened but on a positive note I can t complain about Toolstation service just get shut of these people

Failed to deliver and refuse to refund

Failed to deliver last Thursday using dodgy Evri Won t refund and can t provide any form of evidence that they did deliver Driveway covered in security cameras Don t order from toolstation they hide behind having to investigate to not refund when they fail to deliver Ordered replacements from Amazon and reported them to the bank

So much for next working day delivery

Ordered a radiator on Thursday 30 01 2025 at 8 33pm so i could get it on the Friday it should have been fitted on Saturday Never happened as it didn t arrived still waiting 02 02 2025 We did receive part of order but not the item that said next day delivery it states on website order before 9pm to receive your item next business day This is false advertisement
