Bought a De Walt toolset and was only told when I payed that the cashback is only available when I go online Battling to find the correct website and still can not go online to get my cashback

You sent my package to a PostNL pickup point via GLS so the package was sent back to their depot one hour away without notifying me I e-mailed you about this but I did not receive any replies I was only able to pick up my items by driving to one of your locations and showing the invoice I paid for then after a bit of convincing I was able to pickup my items I did not get any compensation for the delays or the trip You also never apologized or even acknowledge any errors

I have still not received my delivery

I attempted to order some items but you seem to have none in store So I did not place the order and had to go further away to get what I wanted which meant you lost a sale I m sure I am not the only one who is experiencing this issue with you THIS IS SOMETHING YOU SHOULD LOOK INTO

Lamp not working on purchase

I have still not received my delivery orders and it has been 2 weeks I sent them an 2 days ago requesting updates or refunds and they have still not gotten back to me When I try calling it takes me around 10 minutes to get hold of someone and the first time they instantly hung up Currently on hold again now The 2 star is because they are indeed friendly when you actually get to talk to them we got half of the order at the shop
