They send the parcel to a different address that the one I choose I didn t get any answer back about my complaint or any gesture

I ordered 2 white light lamps they delivered 1 white light lamp and 1 yeallow light lamp and this yeallow light lamp has 3 bulbs 2 of which give white light and 1 bulb gives yeallow light Ik heb geen zin om terug zenden

Scunthorpe branch are amazing but stock is always a problem If they could get this sorted out it would be 5 stars As caretaker of 28 bedrooms and a church I have started to look for other outlets

I ordered and the it was wrong items

I ordered and the order came quickly BUT it was not what I ordered I then e had to send it back and I am still waiting for my order to come which has put a delay on my work Still awaiting order and hope it comes soon

If no other choice

Wanted to order 2 things One was available in the shop for click and collect the other was only available for delivery According to the website click and collect stuff should be ready in 15 minutes After 3 working days didn t receive any emails and went to the shop Apparently it was supposed to come from distribution center and I have to wait After 4 working days both items were sent from distribution center but one to my home address and the other to the store I find it a rather long processing time and it s very confusing to not have any messages from them for such a long time On top of that why not send both items to my home address or to the store Why create confusion

Not very accurate

I got the wrong item delivered to my house I had to make several calls to correct the problem The difference in knowledge between the phone operators was significant At the end I got the right product but it took a lot of effort and time

Poor service from staff member

Great product and price However shame about some of the staff Was shocked when my heavily pregnant daughter told me the guy behind the counter basically refused to help her out to car with heavy pot of paint Will not be returning due to this and shame as I am sure they are not all as ignorant

unnecessary printed catalog

I received the package quickly thanks for thatone thing bothers me that for a really small package I received a large printed copy of the catalog which i have already and I think it s un-environmental practice and waste of paper I d like to get the option of asking for the guide or not when making a purchase best regards

Most times I have been there no real

Most times I have been there no real problems but this last weekend I went to walsall pre ordered there was a que finally got in hadn t quite got mask on properly the assistant she said put your mask on correctly I asked where hers was I am exempt her very small card on lanard was facing the wrong way I pointed this out only to have the reply well I didn t know did I very abrasive person not a good experience
