On the website they put that if you order today the next day it will be deliver which isnt correct I order yesterday afternoon and still didnt get email that they send the package Further everything is good

The sales person did not said hello not interested in helping me and did not say thank you nor good bye to me She was busy talking with her colleague about something which did not appear to be urgent nor important Strange behavior

Return service in Harlem is not good I paid from the bank account The money was returned by hand Or I should have gone to a post office and filled out the product return application form Knowing that I bought it from the store in Harlem

Goods were damaged

The goods fluorescent light bulb and the garden cutting tool were damaged I can understand the light bulb being broken since it may have happened during shipping however the garden tool being ripped should have been noticed prior to shipment So I am not very happy with my first experience with Toolstation

Ordered several items Bulb came in broken and the garden tool had a ripped handle Bulb may have been broken during transport however garden tool s defect should have been noticed before shipment Not too happy with the overall experience with Toolstation at all

I am not satisfied because the compressors arrived you can say that it was used that someone had opened it earlier and when I connected it it simply did not work as it should and the next day I returned it to the store so I am not satisfied

A good tools store except the think that you increase the prices with several percents from one catalog to the next one
