Very Impressed with Towergate Insurance

I had quite a complicated technical issue regarding renewing my policy due to my husband s passing away last year However I called from abroad and spoke to an extremely helpful patient and knowledgeable gentleman called Elliot Garside who was friendly and very efficient He immediately told me which documents to send to him which I did and he confirmed the renewal of the policy the very next day I also appreciated the fact that there was a good time interval for the advance notice which gave me time to deal with everything

We have used these guys for several years and so far they have brought Peace of Mind as well as being very approachable on the phone We have not needed to claim but if they are as good then I would be delighted The people we chat to on the phone when we are ready to pay for the next years insurance have always been helpful
