Towergate Eatongate Insurance

We provided our email address bank details you have done nothing I am constantly emailing Karl Dadeyat Towergate they are waiting for Eatongate to get back to them Both properties were sold in february the block policy was paid early January 2023 they are keen to take your money they told me when I paid the balance would be refunded now 3 monthslater no payment

poor first experience for landlords insurance Vanessa initially quoted then didn t get back despite knowing it was due for renewal she also sounded very inexperienced nothing like an experienced insuramve broker in all honestly she sounded pretty clueless Samuel was better but could have had the decent to get back will stick with A plan for now

Renewal customer service was terrible

The customer service was terrible when renewing my quote They really didn t seem to care that I was leaving Weren t interested Didn t ask any questions or make any offer In fact I sent a message via the online system and received no feedback This had apparently cancelled my policy without any confirmation FYI my renewal quote had increased by 150

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service - avoid at all costs We currently have a claim going through this company and we seem to be getting nowhere Emails have been sent and left unanswered on several occasions Our GP has returned to work almost 4 months and they still have not paid out what is owed They like you to sent emails to the generic email address and then don t bother answering them Even their complaints process is rubbish My advice for anyone looking locum insurance is to NOT go to this company if they value their time and money

Insurer has not paid the settlement

Their recommended insurer has not issued payments for 15 days even when the adjuster has agreed the settlement figure Why the hold up When it comes to taking premiums it s milliseconds when it comes to paying settlements its not towergates concern or issue Totally useless

Terrible experience and its ongoing Put in a roof damage claim back in August 22 Passed on to Jacksons Claim Surveyors Heard nothing Rang twice and was promised we are advancing your claim Eventually rang Towergate who promised a call back within 20mts That was 2 days ago So after two months absolutely no calls to me no update and after recent rains I have water coming into my upstairs area WT

Website badly broken

Website badly broken no logon option even though emails say there is no contact numbers for insurance type sold and online quote has date box in response to who your last insurer was and won t proceed past this point Go elsewhere and save time life is to short

Have used Towergate for many years never again

Having used Towergate for many years I cancelled my policy today after renewing earlier this month albeit the premium had risen immensely I spoke to many advisers before they finally got everything right in regard to a small change and consequently was uninsured for a few days Underwriters were apparently to blame and then the final straw despite chasing up I never received my revised policy documents My new insurers sent everything through same day and were cheaper

Appalling Service

I had a problem with renewing my landlords insurance I spoke to four different people each of whom promised to get back to me None of them got back I gave up in the end and went elsewhere I will also be going elsewhere when my other policies with them run out I would at least have expected them to get back to me and explain what the problem is Appalling service I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone

I have used them for 7 years but in the last couple of years the service is very poor no responce to emails was told they couldn t insure an empty property the Web site says different I had 2 policies with them and was looking to open a third all 3 now moving to new provider
