Great company - great product

Excellent service from Trendy Baby We ordered a pram for our first recently The customer service was second to non They ensured we received our order and were kept informed Due to Brexit there was part of our order that was going to be delayed however they advised us of this sent out the parts they could and kept us updated on the remaining part We have received our entire order now and could not be happier with the product still arrived in plenty of time for our little ones arrival too

I am absolutely in love with my pram i recieved from trendy baby the staff are lovely and were always there at the end of an email to answer any question i had from start to finish I only ordered my pram on monday afternoon and was delivered by the tuesday so super fast delivery I cannot fault the service i recieved at all was second to none Defo be back in the future and will recommend to anyone and everyone Thanks again

Easy affordable and hassle free

After having a really horrendous experience with another unfamiliar baby site The Baby Room I was dubious about ordering from Trendy Baby But following others reviews I went ahead and am so glad I did I received confirmation very quickly and my UppaBaby Vista arrived within a few days quicker than quoted with tracking They said there would be a delay until the following week on the car seat I also ordered as part of the bundle but even that arrived just two days later rather than the next week Would definitely order from here again and recommend to all

Brilliant customer service and timely delivery

Superb price great delivery time and really helpful customer service I was to excited to wait for my delivery and started emailing for etas before it was even due and customer service replied within record time with an exact day and hour slot for delivery They even followed up the next day to check i had received everything or if i needed anything else Have been through all the parcels i brought an entire travel system and all looks exactly as advertised am impatient now to use it

We bought our first baby stroller and the experience has been excellent After 2-3 days we didn t know the status of our order and unfortunately their website was down but we phoned and they very kindly updated us about the order By the way it arrived the next day Great service

Would Recommend

Recently bought a Joie travel system from Trendybaby and I m very pleased with my purchase - in terms of value for money and customer service My initial enquiry email was automatically filtered into a Spam box but this was quickly addressed when I called and spoke to a member of staff who was brilliantly helpful and showed excellent knowledge of the products on offer Would use again

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from Alex and Rae at this company I was looking for a booster seat and the reviews of the company were by far the best around I still had a few queries which were answered really quickly so I went ahead and ordered The seat arrived really quickly via DPD and a follow up question I had was again dealt with straightaway I d definitely recommend this company
