Excellent Customer Service

We bought a buggy from Trendybaby and it was an amazing deal and arrived very quickly There was a fault with the chassis not a fault of trendy baby but of the manufacturer and we contacted trendy baby and a representative there named Alex sorted this for us so quickly He helped us chase the manufacturer and organised a replacement for us within days He is an absolute asset to the team at trendy baby Brilliant experience overall and would definitely shop there again

Expecting our first baby and been looking at pushchairs at various places Decided on the one one we liked but was very expensive Did a bit of searching on internet an came across Trendy Baby same pushchair package we wanted at around half the price Was very sceptical at first an thought it can t be right Took the plunge ordered online with credit card just in case Pushchair package was delivered about three days later all in original packaging brand new an great condition So glad I ordered from them and was a great saving Would highly recommend them to anyone

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer serviceAfter seeing some negative reviews I was nervous about buying from this site But I have to share what a brilliant experience I ve had We bought our travel system with no issues Standard emails to notify us on delivery time etc About 5 months later my pram started to play up I messaged Trendy Baby via their online help form and had a reply within 48hrs We exchanged several emails where the Trendy Baby representative talked me through some possible solutions When it didn t work he arrange a courier to take it off to the manufacturer for repair He kept in regular contact and went over and above to get the pram back to me during the busy postal time just before Christmas and during postal strikes Really appreciate the customer service and definitely recommend

Quick efficient delivery

Ordered the wow cosatto travel system in Dawn Chorus best price online All arrived 2 days later in perfect condition with DPD tracker delivery Haven t had to call them received all the confirmation emails and order tracking quickly

Super service - ordered a pushchair online for next day delivery but forgot to add the car seat adapters Emailed the team to see if I could add them and a very friendly and helpful chap phoned me immediately to arrange payment so that they could include the adapters in the same delivery All arrived just over 24 hours later Super stuff

Pleasantly surprised

I was really apprehensive to order from this company They had the pram I wanted for the best price but there were so many negative reviews I was reluctant to order I bit the bullet and ended up ordering and I m so glad that I did The pram was delivered yesterday and is perfect The communication from the company was great and helpful too I would definitely order from Trendy Baby again and would recommend them to others too Great products at great prices and fast free delivery too

I was looking to purchase the Silver

I was looking to purchase the Silver Cross Travel bundle from trendybaby co uk and unfortunately they had sold the last one Being first time parents we had lots of questions to do with the product and spoke to a gentleman called Alex who was very helpful He followed up with our query and knowing we were not going to purchase from trendybaby due to them running out of the product he still spent over an hour with us and answered all our questions We have spoken to a lot of suppliers and not all of then unfortunately have been very helpfulnor useful I will definitely be purchasing other baby products from trendybaby purely due to their level of service and a shout out to Alex for his exceptional customer service and product and industry knowledge

Excellent customer service and value for money

We recently ordered the pram bundle but didn t receive an order confirmation it turned out I had put my email address in wrong - I contacted trendy baby and they replied straight away even though the offices were supposed to be closed as it was the Christmas holidays I thought an item was missing from the bundle it wasn t and again they called me straight away to talk me through how it was all packed and it was all there Finally the price was the best that I have seen anywhere Very pleased and I would recommend to others

Amazing highly recommended first class service

I ordered a pram 7 1 2020 expecting to be a week or 2 delivery had a text confirmed my order and my arrive date which was 8 1 2020 with DPD and I was shocked but it all arrived Everything present and well packed and looking amazing set up highly recommended trendy babe and I ll be definitely using in future and would recommend to anyone Amazing prices fast service what more could want
