Great products never had a problem with this company

Got my pram last year from trendy baby and I absolutely LOVE IT never had any problems with getting the pram they gave me a tracking number and kept me up to date with everything The wheel bearings went on my wheel and they dealt with it with the pram company and I got it asap I think I waited 1-2days for it Don t understand why there s so many bad reviews great contact and amazing products from this company would 100 buy from here again

Perfect service

I was a little nervous placing an order after reading the bad reviews but they made me want to write a good one to help others Placed my order on Sunday for 3 large items was updated to let me know when all were shipped and received 2 yesterday Tuesday and 1 today Wednesday I can t fault the ease of ordering payment or being kept updated Will definitely use the company again Thankyou for a great service

Over the moon with my order 119 cheaper than anywhere else ordered Friday 25 3 22 pram arrived Tuesday 29 3 22 I was worried after seeing some reviews about not getting emails and not happy with service However my confirmation email was in my junk email My venicci pram is amazing everything is perfect and I am over the moon Thankyou trendy baby

Fabtastic service

Initially I was dubious due to the price and the pushchair been out of stock with Cosatto directly however a quick phone call reassured me enough to purchase Was told if ordered by midday that day Friday would be dispatched that day and delivered on Monday Much to my suprise it turned up Sunday - even better Fabtastic service and great product thanks

Excellent customer service from Trendy Baby from start to finish Ordered my dream pram which was in the clearance Parts of it were damaged but instead of cancelling my order I got offered alternatives colour of car seat and chassis none of which was an issue for me and I ended up with a higher quality chassis at no extra cost I was offered full refund if I wasn t happy but pram is exactly what I wanted

Was a little bit sceptical on order after reading mixed reviews but I am truly over the moon with my purchase it is absolutely stunning and such an amazing deal we saved 300 on this travel system other places are selling it for much more money so we have got an absolute bargain Will definitely order again in future ordered on Sunday and received Tuesday morning with dpd Excellent service

I ordered a Mamas and Papas bundle with car chair and iso fix i was worried after reading some of the reviews but after 16 days of ordering I received the bundle and i can honestly say i am really pleased with it There was a slight delay due to car chair not being in stock but when i emailed they responded straight away My husband calls our pram the Ferrari of prams haha The price was amazing value for money

Ordered a Vennicci travel set which was a lot cheaper on this site than anywhere else I was a little apprehensive ordering after reading some of the negative reviews but decided to take the chance and I am so glad I did Communication via email was quick and answered all my questions and delivery was fast and easy Ordered on 29th December and received on 3rd January so I m well impressed with delivery particularly taking new year into account Pram arrived in 3 boxes and is absolutely beautiful very easy to assemble I am absolutely over the moon with this purchase and would recommend trendy baby thank you

i purchased a cosatto woosh 3 including a footmuff it was super affordable considering you have to buy the footmuff separately from the cosatto website i didn t notice the mixed reviews until after i purchased the buggy however it came within days staff were very quick to reply to my emails they were so helpful i would recommend trendybaby to my friends family
