I ordered something over a week ago stil not received item I have sent 2 emails and tried ringing them several times and iv had no response from them I am very disappointed with trendy baby and wil not be ordering anything eles from this company I would recommend avoiding this company

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE i paid 900 for a pushchair over 4 weeks ago and still haven t received it even though it says it has been delivered to be sent a picture of 3 boxes I am getting the police involved as the company have not been helpful and my baby is due in 8 weeks I wish i wouldve trusted my gut and read everyone elses reviews about them being a bad company Please do not order from here They keep your money and block you

Decided to support a local business instead of using a big name big mistake Delivery was very quick but I soon discovered there was a fault with the seat I d bought I was told I had to contact the manufacturer but they gave me incorrect information made false promises and took almost 3 weeks to get me a replacement Feel like I ve been bounced back and forth between seller and manufacturer with nobody taking ownership of the problem apart from me

Beware Purchased a travel system from them and received essentially an open box item which may or may not have been authentic They will not refund return shipping neither will Paypal nor provide a replacement Poor and untrustworthy company

I spoke to a guy who seemed to be very impatient and rushed through talking to me with my enquiry regarding a travel system pram I asked him to explain as I had not understood with that he said he would call me back in 2 secs but never did its clear he fobbed me off so I rate this company very poor customer service I will be taking my custom elsewhere

I bought the Mamas and Papas Occaro bundle for my baby The pram broke after 3 months of her being in it - I am unable to adjust the pram from lying back to being sat up I emailed Trendy Baby in October and am yet to hear back I ring and there is NEVER an answer and yes I am ringing between 9 30 and 1pm I am on maternity leave so can no way afford a new pram I need this sorting ASAP as I am now having to loan my parents pram when we want to take her out

this is my second review with no reply I ordered a baby high chair on the 11 6 21 order number 53872 I have tried to contact you by phone numerous times with no success plus email unless I hear from you soon I will contact my credit card again I point out that you have part of our address incorrect it is bucking shire not AberdeenLen Hancock

My baby is now 8 month old and we are still waiting on the tyres we bought which we have already contacted trendy baby about to which we were told they would be sent out straight away and this was a month before he was born Absolute joke will be getting contacted soon or will be taking this further so disgusted

I ve ordered something for my daughters birthday however not longer need it as someone s brought something similar Trying to get a refund and have emailed them to not depatch it the following day so plenty of notice However they don t reply to me emails which I ve done several times now and everytime I ve tried to call them it says user busy I m worried I m not going to get a response nor my money back Has this happened to anyone else

Imagine being pregnant and getting ready for your little one s arrival a lot of you will know it s very expensive I ordered an 8 piece set from trendy baby and was super excited to get everything sorted and I had spend just over 3 weeks wage on the set Dpd then delivered the parcel but left it outside open -we didn t get to have any of our parcels because they weren t there Trendy baby then said that they weren t allowed to leave it in a safe place it had to be signed for The driver has been back to ask for us to sign and we said no so he has asked to sign for the missing parcels then added delivered after If you are a mum you will understand how expensive having a baby and I can t afford to buy another one so now me and my baby will have to suffer because apparently what the dpd driver has done is okay and the case is closed I m writing this as I don t want any other mothers or fathers to go through the stress and worry I am having about not being able to afford something i needed for my baby I m appalled deviated and heartbroken Don t make the same mistake
