Very kind professional service Although I was unable to move my family member due health complications I would definitely reach out to them again and will do so when hospital discharge is being planned

This company was very helpful for me to source multiple long term care homes specifically catered for the needs of my service users The ladies that I worked with on the phone and emails were very helpful and a credit to themselves They sourced placements in a time of urgency and I am very grateful for their support Christi Katie Leigh-Anne and Sian were brilliant

Comforting Supportive

Looking for a care home for my mum was extremely stressful until I came across Trusted Care I experienced kindness support and understanding They had to ask for a full picture of my mums illness and care needs but did it in an extremely kind way making me feel supported and understood They called regularly made appointments with suitable homes and called for feedback so I didn t have to make the calls back to homes They took so much of the stress away from me and I would definitely recommend anyone to use them

first ever dealings with care homes

I had several care homes that had availability emailed to me with contact information on it within an hour the homes had started to contact me asking if they could help they each gave independent information on their homes they were courteous and kind in their approach asking appropriate questions reassuring when needed they all went out their wayy to accomadate me visiting as we needed a place urgenly some staff even came in on their day off they all went above and beyond to help and reassure this was our first dealings with any care homes we decided on a local one for our relative so it was easy for family to visit

The rep Leigh- Anne helped provide a number of care homes within the area required She also sent me updates on additional care homes that I might have been interested in She contacted me bi-weekly to offer any support I might have needed Overall the service was truly professional impressionable

Palliative Care

Our father had to go into Ashview for palliative care following diagnosis of stage 4 cancer All of the staff at Ashview welcomed our Dad with open arms from day one The support love and care that our Dad received not only physically but emotionally was something I personally will never forget and will always be grateful for Ashview doesn t feel like a nursing home and all the staff feel like friends They made sure Dad was comfortable pain free and dignity in place right up until the end A truly beautiful place with beautiful people

Searching for a Nursing home

After trailing through various websites and calling care homes I came across Christi at Trusted Care She guided me through the maze of information needed in such a kind way checked local care homes for me to see if they had nursing beds available and booked appointments for me Calling back a few days later to see how things were progressing and offering alternative homes in a wider area She was very professional caring compassionate and more importantly took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for I would strongly recommend Christi to help and support you through the maize of searching for the right Care home for your loved one
