So speedy so easy so right

The sheer speed of reaction following my initial telephone call was phenomenal This produced an immediate response from a care home My daughter and I were completely wowed by what we saw on our visit that afternoon I have now booked respite care there It was a Saturday morning when I rang so I was put through to Trusted Care and was greeted by Leigh-Anne I was quite unprepared but she helped me greatly It felt so easy but so right I d been worried about my next step so this wa a brilliant result A huge relief I would recommend Trusted Care without reservation

From the outset I received kindness and compassion from the advisor I was speaking to as I was quite emotional trying to find a solution to our respite needs Though there were only 2 that provided our needs one of them turned out to exceed my expectations and we are both looking forward to going for a much needed break next week Thankyou

Respite care

I d tried to find 8 day respite for my husband I d tried numerous care homes to no avail I was given TrustedCares information I spoke with them and they gave me 3 care homes who could accommodate us He s now started his respite in a brilliant local care home I feel I can leave him in safe hands Very professional company and very attentive friendly staff thank you

First call I made was at 3pm on a Friday afternoon A time when most people are just thinking about going home for the weekend Within 3 hours trusted care had arranged emergency live in home care that could start from the following day They really stepped up to help I was bowled over by their helpfulness thoroughly impressed and extremely grateful

We had an urgent request to move a vulnerable adult from an home where they were not safe After taking a detailed brief we had responses from two suitable nursing homes very quickly They have moved are happy and above all safe

First Class Free Support

We were recommended using Trustedcare when our family was thrown into a difficult situation of finding a nursing home quickly for our mum They were extremely professional and supportive throughout this difficult time Once we had given them Mum s details they quickly matched her to homes in our area with bed vacancies Communication was first class checking on a regular basis that things were going well We found a nursing home which we feel is suitable for Mum and she is moving in tomorrow We would highly recommend Trustedcare to anyone in the same situation Their support is second to none with no charge Thank you very much

Quality care

It was a huge comfort for the family living far away from Northleach Court to witness on our infrequent visits the fantastic attention our sister received during the final 10 months of her long life The nursing care went above beyond what can be expected - she was always smartly dressed even down to nail polish jewellery The numerous staff were all friendly helpful both to her and to the family always ready to facilitate phone calls answer our queriesThe family wish to thank everyone at Northleach Court

Incredible service

Incredible service We had 3 days to arrange a live in carer for my elderly Mum after an unexpected and emergency operation Leigh-anne at Trusted Care couldn t have been more helpful Within 2 days we have a wonderful carer in place and the follow up support and assistance from Trusted Care has been exemplary I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for care for their loved ones Thank you so much

Highly recommended trustworthy and reliable organisation

From the very moment I made contact with trusted care I was impressed I first spoke with them via their online chat function This was in the evening The lady on the chat line said she would get her team on the case the very next day and I would have some feedback within 3 hours The very next day within the timeframe stated I received details about 3 care homes meeting the required criteria for my mum They had contacted all 3 and give across mum s needs Throughout the process they remained in constant contact making sure all was well and further helping out as necessary Shout outs to Matthew and Sian for all their help care and professionalism I highly recommend anyone looking for care for a loved one to contact trusted care You won t be disappointed
