Compassionate company

The company representatives are extremely polite and courteous and show a level of compassion that is welcomed at a time when people and families may be vulnerable and emotional with their endeavor The communication was of a high standard

From mid-October to end November 2023 have had good response from a friendly and helpful team All questions answered with relevant advice to situation given along other additional information that we had not thought of Very helpful Appreciated the follow-up calls emails to check on progress and offer of further information advice

A helpful experience

I had a useful experience using trustedcare They were able to suggest several places some in suitable areas and some just a bit too far away and only a few with the services I needed on offer It was a difficult time for me to be looking with several care homes having waiting lists The information available for each was very helpful and my search was followed up by some individual homes which had been suggested and by trustedcare themselves

Highly recommend great service

I hadn t heard of TrustedCare A Bupa nursing home sent me their telephone number when they were unable to help My experience of TrustedCare was that they were very compassionate and helpful to my Dad s needs They sent me a list of relevant nursing homes in the area I was looking for and followed up on this on a few occasions My only negative was that a few of the homes on the list that hadn t got availability but I m not sure if that was the homes not telling the truth to TrustedCare or if it was lack of research Overall though I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to find a placement

Very helpful kind response

Very helpful kind response my request was quite specific and so no facilities that met our needs in the area that I was looking at but would use TrustedCare again if required They did what they said they would do and very effectively

Understanding people

Care homes were completely unfamiliar to us however trustedcare listen to our needs made recommendations and contacted care homes on our behalf A very helpful experience

Great Support I spoke with Trusted Care when looking

I spoke with Trusted Care when looking for a suitable local care home for my elderly aunt It is such a stressful time for families and we felt under pressure from Social Services to make a quick decision In the course of my research I contacted Trusted Care who could not have been more understanding about our needs Ultimately they didn t actually place my aunt as my number one choice of home came through independently with an offer right out of the blue However when things were difficult Trusted Care gave me great help and support Only reason I didn t give 5 stars was because the final result came from another source

The Search for Repite

Almost completely in the dark I was trying to find a local good Care Home for my husband so that after a solid 4 year s caring I could take a short holiday A list was provided I did some visiting and meanwhile Trusted Care followed up with a courteous enquiry and offer of addititions to the list if needed It wasn t we have been suited and I am relieved and grateful

A nice surprise

I was surprised when Trusted Care got in touch after I had filled in a form on line asking for more information about a local care home I thought I was emailing the home directly However Trusted Care were very helpful and asked local homes to contact me directly Not all were in the right area but nevertheless one which I had not known about was very close by and has proved very good I am very grateful for their help which was so useful in the difficult circumstances I found myself

Very polite and eager to help Called back when they said they would they didnt find a carehome suitable for us although we did look at a couple on the list its very difficult to find nursing homes for complex needs for under 65 years of age
