Twigby Surpasses Other Providers

My wife and I have been with Twigby for years Their customer service is head and shoulders above the rest We had 5GB plans but because of my job I needed more Twigby also has 8GB and 20GB plans Jon looked at my usage He could easily have said I needed 20GB but he didn t try to gouge me and said the 8GB should suffice He made the change right away and offered to put my wife on a new 5GB plan which was less End result - our account now has a credit Honest and helpful fantastic customer service Twigby is a keeper
