I ordered a jacket and on the website

I ordered a jacket and on the website it showed me that the size is available and is in stock However when I ordered it I received an email after a day stating that the order has been cancelled as it is out of stock Sorry to say but you know if the item was out of stock for the size which I ordered the same should have been mentioned while placing the order I was very excited about the product however my order was cancelled due to no availability

I was sent a different garment Not what I ordered at all The coat was similar -correct fabric and similar puffa style but it had a hood and square quilting rather than horizontal padding Very disappointed

UO STOLE MY MONEY

I still haven t received my money after returning an item in store nearly a month ago Terrible communication from UO agents after many conversations and assurances I would receive my money it s still not happened and they have recognised my refund is missing Very frustrating

Did not apply 15 first order code to basket - did not reply to contact re this - did not reply to filling one of these out re this - feeling ripped off and conned - update after reply below - as I said this exclusion is not made clear and why then have you sent me numerous e mails with a pic of the said excluded item and asked me have I forgotten something with the 15 highlighted I have received no such 28 3 e mail

INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Travelling Easter Monday for a holiday Purchased several items from Urban Outfitters for my trip Just before departing I received an email to inform me an item had been cancelled No indication which item to enable me to re purchase elsewhere before leaving In fact I later found the complete order had been cancelled Very disappointed with the service JH

Items never received

My 12 year old daughter ordered 2 items over 3 weeks ago for almost GBP100 a considerable amount of money for her Items were lost by the courier and were never delivered Several email written to UO because of course there is no customer support telephone no and never received any replies Disgusting customer support

Wasted my time

UO after I placed an order a paid requested to confirm sensitive information of payment bank details It is not legal I cancelled order straight away after receiving such a weird request WAIST OF TIME Could have purchase what I wanted straight away from somewhere else and receive it on time Avoid

Missing delivery - No help to solve

I m sure the items would be great if I was lucky enough to receive my parcel Shows as delivered left outside and unable to locate Contacted urban outfitters who have basically told me it not there issue and I m to try and take it up with EVRI my self against consumer rights act 2017 no help what so ever
