My daughter was thrilled with the choice only problem seemed to be the staff don t get different sizes for you and the comment was we don t offer personal shopper service Sorry I might be old but getting a different size when unlike M S there are loads of staff doesn t cut it with me

Where is the cashier

Marble Arch branch No clear indications where the cashier is 6 7 sales assistants just standing where I was looking to pay It was very quiet in the shop Just shows how much they don t care

Staff must always be nice to costumers who did Notting wrong

Most staff is realy realy nice but not evryone I got realy exited to buy something but the cashier destroyed my mood he did not have any patiens and was verry annoyed for whayever reason he handeld me realy fast so if you could make sure that your staff is nice it would make my shopping expirience much more fun Thank you This is not to be mean only to help making youre store more and more fun to shop in

They need to use a different delivery company

I love Urban Outfitters I ordered 2 items for a friend s birthday and they were delivered separately One was delivered and left in the safe place but the other never made it The driver apparently tried 3 times Not sure how one driver can deliver but others have trouble Unfortunately won t be buying from them again because of Evri delivery company who I have had troubles with before with different addresses

Cancellation of order not possible

Was not able to cancel the order within 30 minutes although the shipping took 10 days Trying to find the return label on the website for 15 minutes always sent in circles Very disappointed Never again

Really nice clothes but a bit too overpriced would like to see some cheaper alternatives more offers

The payment process is a complete disaster It s not working properly with European adresses and paypal

Disappointing experience

The jeans had awkward proportions and had a massive waist despite being XS The prices are incredibly high for products of mediocre quality Some items are very cute but outside my budget as a teenager
