Quick delivery but poor quality items Really sad that a cushion for 35 was only partially embroidered mostly printed Couldn t return as it was a present and didn t have time to source an alternative

Tried to order multiple times all orders got cancelled because of safety concerns even though there was no reason for a safety concern and I already payed They told me I didn t answered their security mail but I haven t even got one Now I have to go to a complicated process with customer service to even order

My order was shipped as three different packages all of them I had to pick up from a UPS store One item was also cancelled because they suddenly didn t have it in stock anymore Only good thing was that my orders didn t take too long to arrive

Next time I shall avoid peak-time

Liked the styling of the store It was a busy time and I found the atmosphere chaotic especially at the fitting room The staff looked cool but seemed bored - except the member of staff on the till who gave excellent customer service
