I had an incorrect invoice which Cindy helped me sort out very quickly and efficiently There does appear to be an issue somewhere in the system as most months now my invoice is incorrect or I am missing a collection Well done Cindy

Great service from Cerys

It was a little difficult to get through to speak to someone I kept being directed to the website however once I got through to speak to someone Cerys Berrow was very helpful She was unable to get confirmation from my local depot while I was on the phone but promised to email me as soon as she had spoken with the depot and could advise a collection date for my bin Cerys emailed with the information I needed 2 days later

Temporary Bins

I was pretty annoyed that temp bins we asked for last week had not arrived or been organised for a day this week Mark Owens organised them to come this Friday he was very helpful and apologetic even though it was his colleagues fault that it hadn t been done

Dealing with missed collections

I had 2 missed collections claiming Blocked Access when they actually entered the compound So I spoke via the Veolia online chat with Hannah C from their customer service team and she was professional and we dealt with it quickly by sending the depot driving team the locations of our bins She also cancelled the invoice for the missed collections as it was no fault of ours

Dry recycled bin missed collection on 21 03 2023 No reason for missed collection No photographic evidence Mark jones done what he could to rearrange collection and to explain why again on the 27 03 2023 our bins were not emptied This was due to a black bin bag containing white bin bag of recycled rubbish was in the bin Very helpful call

We had a problem with having an order delivered

We had a problem with an order that had been made over two weeks prior and after a series of emails and phone calls a gentleman by the name of Ashley Easthope intervened did some investigating and finally got to the bottom of what had caused the delay He then emailed us confirming that the order was now being delivered and with a very big apology We are looking forward to working with Ashley in the nearest future

Help Desk person very responsive

Help Desk person very responsive It s annoying that our recycling keeps being missed but at least the help desk was helpful Fingers crossed it all gets sorted soon

Business closure

Following the closure of my business l was finding it difficult to close my account After several emails explaining my situation the problem was finally solved by Fran I was sent a proforma letter to sign I this was done in the first instance it would have made the whole process a lot less stressful

Ordering recycling collection

You need to provide a lot of information before you are even allowed to ask anything not really sure if its necessary when you are using your company account chatbox After being grilled the rest of my chat with Wendy went smoothly and I managed to book my recycling collection without problems
