After a prolonged amount of time of dead ends and automated messages we were lucky enough finally to speak to Kamine Athwal She was very polite and understanding she did her utmost to rectify the problem and return our funds Thanks again to her from No 77 cafe

Jade was very efficient and dealt with and resolved my issue However Veolia we are not particularly happy with we are constantly getting missed collections and have to go on the site and deal with the problem through a web chat

Residential side of it

Residential side of it they re not soo good at timely collections via council and to rebook another date in order for a collection is just bothering Commercial side of it fantastic It s paid service for the use of that business The bins are removed as per request and how ever many times a week required They have different sizesand capacity of bin for the use and need of the business and to be honest under general waste they collect everything You could mix recycling with general waste and they collect it and deal with the matter I ve had no problems commercially and would advise to use veolia if you have a business or sme business work from home and need an extra bins or a bigger sized capacity As it is a paid for request they will empty your bin as frequently as requested They re brilliant and the commercial side has been effectual Residential side a huge no no

Mark Owen helped me today he has been the most helpful advisor all year Had issue with collection of rubbish being late It all been sorted I was offered a refence number as well incase i need to ring about this again Which no other advisor has offered me all year

After speaking to different people on chatline to sort out the new regulations for Wales on recycling Jemma F sorted everything I needed to do when other staff could have done this from the start Only 1 failure is you should offer a telephone service as not all people like to use chat

Only leaving a 4 star due to Jordon

Only leaving a 4 star due to Jordon Spark who told me he will get things sorted Veolia s service has been really bad recently too many missed collections and no notifications from them when this happens They then lie telling you it will be collected next day but in fact only happens the following week You can imagine the rubbish accumulation and how that looks on our customers and neighbours I would say stay away but giving them one final chance since JordonSpark said he will handle

11 01 2023 Non-Collection of Bin ContentsThis morning I tried to contact customer services by phone but after waiting over 30 minutes gave up I tried again mid-afternoon and got through after 5 minutes The gentleman I spoke to Bryn Richards was extremely helpful and efficient He checked with my local depot why a collection hadn t been made and promptly emailed me with the result Lynn Wells - Portsmouth Naval Base Property Trust

Missed Collection

I rang up and spoke to a Mark Owens regarding an ongoing missed collection issue he listened to what I said and will be looking into the issue as soon as possible I have rang re the issue on numerous occasions but have never been listened too Mark took the time to listen to my comments and was even able to give me a reference number which I can refer back to if needed

Overdue Payment demand letter query

We received a late payment letter from Veolia but we had never done business with the company Spoke to Mark Owen in Customer service who credited the outstanding amount back to account contacted credit control to ensure no further action taken Account then closed Great service friendly staff but lengthy process hence 4 stars not 5

I had the pleasure of speaking to Hannah J who is an absolute credit to the organisation Hannah was able to rectify our invoicing concerns during a quick phone call The jury is still out on Veolia UK but I d not hesitate to recommend Hannah J
