Ring the hotel directly Bypass customer service

Had cause to ring the hotel chain with regards to a booking I already had I got through to a rude man in the call centre customer service department who obviously didn t know he was supposed to be there to help the customer

Essential business COVID lockdown 4 nighter

Stayed on company essential business in a group at the Hull Village hotel during lockdown for four nights COVID protocols well established and observed Evening meal by room service Efficient staff Particular shout out for Zoe who delivered meals to my room and served grab and go breakfast in a cheery personable manner making the isolation bearable

Great service they were very pleasant patient with me and transparent Gym facilities and food was nice also membership discount card can be used Free car parking available for customers which was ideal

A nice hotel at Maidstone

A nice hotel at Maidstone Pleasant staff food overpriced and not great but a fairly good experience On the second night of our stay however the staff in the Pub and Grill were grossly under staffed for a Bank Holiday weekend They were professional but visibly stressed with the pressure of a busy service Lizzie who we met the evening before was a credit to your company and those on shift with her on 1 May 2022 must be congratulated Please sort this out for your staff wellbeing to ensure it does not happen again

Stayed at village hotel north Leeds this weekend unfortunately had an issue with my room on the first night but was rectified for the second night with a new room Hotel overall was very standard and could do with a re fresh but wanted to write this review for a team member called Ellie on reception that went above and beyond to ensure my bad experience was turned to a good one Credit to the team at village hotel and hope her customer service skills is recognised by management Thank you Ellie

Second stay for me at The Village Bracknell and an extremely friendly welcome After a bit of a delay because we requested a room with a bath most hotels don t have baths these days everything was sorted and a large family room with a bath and wet shower were provided Very happy very comfortable big thank you to Samantha Jackson who sorts everything with great professionalism Ange

Village Hotel - Southampton Eastleigh - Always very good easy checkin and checkout experience Bar restaurant excellent although on the expensive side Rooms superb and very clean Just make sure you request to stay on a higher floor due to noise from the gym

Stayed at the village hotel Glasgow for 3 nights the customer service was first class especially the breakfast staff Blanche and Arnold went above and beyond as our booking confirmation with booking com was incorrect They sorted it without fuss Food at the hotel restaurant was good quality and value for money Gym Pool and Spa are fantastic amenities The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel we would definitely recommend we have stayed at a lot more expensive hotels than this and not had that level customer service

Stayed in the Blackpool Village Xmas Day just gone Hotel is really nice and everything was fine however they left no hand soap in the bathroom and a few questionable stains on the carpet in room 432 looking like someone didn t quite make it to the loo after a spicy curry Absolutely stifling hot everywhere in the hotel had to sleep with window open in Dec Also TV only had freeview and we was hoping to log into our Netflix and watch Christmas Movies but not a smart TV Nice little selection box left for us upon check-in overall lovely hotel
