Keeping me active

I recently had my six monthly health review with my GP An important health aspect is my continued membership of the Gym at the Village Hotel Walsall My medical condition and my age 80 oftenmakes my attendance problematic Without the encouragement and assistance of the leisure staff I could easily end my membership and my efforts to remain active would suffer greatly A big thank you to the Leisure Staff Andy Louis George Jon Donna Lindsay Stacey and their colleagues

A big well done

Would like to thank Beth Michelle Heather James Dan Jack EmmaEmily Kerry Anna Chloe the staff went above and beyond and really stood out to myself and steve made us feel part of the village family we spent 22 weeks living at the hotel we had some difficult times well done

Blackpool heron reach The bar staff have the best customer service I know off Dominick and Chelsie are outstanding Witnessing them deal with difficult customer being polite going above and beyond and treating everyone outstanding well Had a smile constantly on there face It was a busy few days we stayed yet the staffs manors and behaviour made it Rooms decent enough Golf course was amazing Staff best thing since slice bread

Was out on a walk in Ewloe past the village hotel and saw a notice for Starbucks coffee shop went into the hotel went to the desk for the gym and spoke to two lovely people who worked there who were very friendly and showed me where the Starbucks was had a great coffee and sit down another member of staff was passing and showed me where the toilet was and had a little conversation with her The staff I saw were all friendly and made my day Thanks Colette l Laura and Ann Definitely go there again might even join the gym

Stayed in Cardiff The staff were lovely and so helpful particularly the lady on reception and staff in Starbucks really welcoming great to see Was told the hotel rooms were being renovated updated soon which is good to hear because the location facilities and staff make this a great spot

I visited the victory pub at village

I visited the victory pub at village hotel swindon last night what a fantastic place Chelsea who served me was extremely helpful and kind and Libby who brought the food out was very helpful especially helping me choose a dessert so much choice The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very welcoming will be visiting again

Brilliant customer service from Naj

Called the hotel today prior to our arrival We had a multitude of questions and several requests Naj took our call and helped us out massively Very polite informative and sorted everything we needed A fantastic first impression we are now very much looking forward to our stay

Wow What a brilliant NTE party at the Village Hotel Swindon Great venue good food banging tunes and just a perfect way to start the New Year It was pretty reasonable in terms of cost too ALL made possible by Jayne Knowles Needed to speak to a human regarding the rooms and then about food Family member needed a disabled room and the wife required a gluten free meal Jayne Knowles was responsive caring and considerate Called back when she said and provided detailed reply s Will def make this our new family tradition at the Village Thanks so much Jayne Knowles

Excellent at VWorks Village Hotel Cardiff

We have recently joined VWorks in Village Hotel Cardiff and are so impressed with the level of service we recieve Aaron in particular has been absolutely brilliant really friendly knowledgeable and approachable He provided lots of information on the various joining options and meeting room hire before we joined He goes out of his way to go above and beyond to build great relationships with all the VWorks users making it an enjoyable relaxed and professional place for us to work We would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to work or cowork and highly recommend speaking to Aaron

A lovely night away

The customer service was exceptional All of the staff were very friendly and made you feel very welcome Charlotte on reception was very friendly and left me a birthday card and balloons in my room
