Lovely hotel very modern self check-in great reception staff very friendly and gave a great welcome The lady on reception Nicky was amazing answering all my questions nothing was too much trouble even when I asked to switch rooms to a quieter one higher floor different side and so on The room service was good and the food nice Loved the atmosphere would definitely be back

Village Hotel St David s Chester

I had a great experience here and the food was incredible Usually when I stay somewhere I leave for evening meals out locally but we ended up eating at the hotel pretty much every day as the food was so good from a variety of options Beth Kitchen Front of House Heather Breakfast Front of House Gemma Reception Paul Sales and Dan Front of House were particularly brilliant as were a lot of the staff including the Maintenance team who came to fix a small issue in one of the rooms Thank you so much Z x

Village Hotel Cardiff despite a last minute change to our booking staff were freindly accomodating and nothing was to much trouble Small issue Friday where the restaurant was out of stock of chosen meal but this was brilliantly handled Gym excellent and massive and even suppported me with my quirk of sitting in the sauna in a wool bobble hat and gloves Possibly best staff in any hotel I have stayed in

Really friendly service all night from the bar man christian at the cardiff branchQuick service unlike most bars and really friendly chat Only reason ended staying at the bar for longer than i normally do

Pleasant personal attentive and effective Clean amnesties cozy ambiance comfortable rooms and bedding Good menu and lovely service Didn t have enough time to try it out but the sports amnesties seemed varied and well equipped including a large pool and sauna I recommend the Village Hotel of Blackpool and will be back myself

We stayed at the village Warrington recently and would like to express our thanks to all the amazing staff who were amazing and made our stay wonderful I dealt direct with Stephen Mc cabe from customer services following our first stay He dealt professionally and couldn t do enough to help us We would definitely recommend this hotel

Hi I attempted to book my accommodation for work through your Village website a few times using my corporate code for some reason I couldn t select certain days as availability was check out only When I called to enquire Greg took my all my bookings over the phone which saved me a considerable amount of time hassle Excellent customer service I ve stayed in a few Village hotels Aberdeen by far is the best I ve stayed in Thanks

It s nearing the end of another year

It s nearing the end of another year as a member of the Leisure Centre of the Village Hotel Walsall My medical condition causes progressive mobility problems caused by growing muscle atrophy I attend the gym where I use the swimming pool with its excellent disabled shower room Without the assistance and patience of the staff I would not be able to access the pool area and my efforts to remain active would suffer greatly A big thank you to the Leisure Staff Andy Louis George Sophie Donna Victoria and their colleagues
