Having booked a cruise from uk 6 hours drive away the next thing you book is a hotel In advance as all planning done Paid more than advertised price near to christmas Overnight we hear our cruise is cancelled for us as we are travelling with a wheelchair and p o don t have enough evacuation chairs or staff should an emergency arise Rebooked cruise with princess for a later date Explained situation to hotel customer services asked to transfer booking Told no due to pre paying for room and breakfast More expensive thenthan current rate We didn t ask for a refund just compassion Luckily as the cruise had been paid in full but cancelled within 24 hours we got our money back from p o BUT NOT VILLAGE HOTEL EASTLEIGH ALL WECWANTED WAS TO CHANGE DATE To make things worse after not staying and wanting to give ut to some homeless person they informed me they would need a card registered for the person staying even though everything was paid in full Today they have sent me an invoice for our stay OR NOT Customer service is non existent Will never stay here there are plenty of hotels near Southampton
