Unexpected night away

Yesterday we had a gas leak at our home so we had some emergency accommodation arranged for the village north in Headingly The team were really helpful and accommodating and the rooms were great They weren t able to offer room service due to the chief not working but went out of their way to try and arrange meals and drinks for us and the kids Very happy with our stay Also great to see the building being used to deliver the covid vaccine Good use of the building given the reduced use it must be operating under at this time

Amazing stay in Liverpool

This place is great - room was comfy and plenty of space For us it was the staff that made it We ve had such a wonderful stay we ve even booked in for next week Sam and Joe at reception were absolutely fantastic and if we re honest made the stay wonderful Would highly recommend this place especially if you re looking for somewhere which is close to the main routes for the motorway

Great swimming pool assistance

I have a medical condition which causes significant mobility problems I attend the gym at The Village Hotel Walsall where I use the swimming pool twice a week Without the assistance and good humour of the staff I would not be able to access the pool area and my physical and mental health would suffer A big thank you to Andrew Becky and other Village staff I see on each visit

I messed up my booking

I thought I had booked a room B B at Eastleigh near Southampton Somehow I had not completed the booking On arrival the Manager Dave Whitehouse seeing my distress decided to honour the terms of the booking despite the rate being higher on the day They also printed out some important documents I needed The hotel room and breakfast were exactly as I thought The gym and pool are excellent

Held a company event at the Village

Held a company event at the Village Hotel Bristol and without exception everything was handled perfectly From the initial enquiry through to the event itself I cant fault any aspect Communication throughout from Michelle and the office was both timely and accurate and the event itself was planned to the finest detail Jo Jo and her team including Ed and Ryan were great on the evening ensuring the food spot and with the bar service efficient and engaging The room was dressed really well and made for the perfect venue for our event which was attended by 100 people Thanks to the team for your help and support and great that you have been able to secure our date for next years event

Great assistance from the leisure staff

Great assistance from the Leisure StaffI have a medical condition which causes significant mobility problems caused by gradual muscle atrophy I attend the gym at The Village Hotel Walsall where I use the swimming pool with its excellent disabled shower room Without the assistance and good humour of the staff I would not be able to access the pool area and my physical and mental wellbeing would suffer A big thank you to the Leisure Staff Andrew Becky Louis and their colleagues

Stayed at the village hotel Cardiff for a Christmas party night 15 12 2023 Fantastic evening food was hot tasty and well presented Mix up with our room on arrival however quickly sorted by one of the reception staff Booked a club room for extra space and comfort Due to stay with family again 20 01 2024 so hoping for the same great experience

Village Hotel Wirral Bromborough

Village Hotel Wirral Bromborough - amazing stay stayed on my own over the Easter period Nothing was too much trouble for the staff The gym was excellent along with the pool area My only negative feedback i would say would be the food not a great selection for Vegan etc and the prices are a bit high I ended up dinning out locally Big high 5 to Sallie amazing lady on Reception Would defiantly stay again no problem

During this pandemic I ve stayed in The village hotel in Dudley every Monday for about six to eight weeks now I cannot fault the staff who make me very welcome every time this is why I rebook everty weeks as it s hard working away but theses guys make it a bit easier Big thanks to Guv Tia Natalie and Matt F

Had the pleasure of staying at village

Had the pleasure of staying at village hotel Swansea a few weeks back and it was a delight The staff were all brilliant especially the lady at check in who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable Janine If I remember correctly rooms were clean and comfortable There was a pool on site for a nice relaxing swim which was clean and well maintained Added bonus of a Starbucks afterwards Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again
