Good fitters, but drawn-out scheduling
The fitters themselves were fine — courteous, tidy, knew their trade. My complaint is purely about the admin side. I was given an installation date three weeks out, then pushed back twice with very little notice. The first time was apparently a survey issue that could have been sorted before the date was booked. Eventually the job went ahead and the windows are fine, but the waiting around and chasing by phone got tedious. A bit more communication would go a long way.
