Helpful survey and quick fitting
First time using TWC after a neighbour recommended them. Surveyor came within four days of my enquiry, measured everything twice and pointed out that one window frame had rot that I had not spotted myself. He explained the options clearly and never once pushed me into the more expensive choice. Fitting happened last Tuesday and the two guys removed all the old units and had the new ones in by mid afternoon. Very happy with how it all turned out.

Cycling the Welsh coast with the family
We did five days down the coast with two teenagers who usually complain and they were happy each evening. Hotels were good, bags were in the room before us, and the daily notes explained each turn clearly. One day a ferry was cancelled so we rode a longer detour, they messaged the new route straight away. Communication from start to finish was quick and friendly. Already looking at dates for next summer.

Solid decking and a smooth order
The decking feels solid and the colour matches the samples well. Ordering was simple, although the confirmation email took about half an hour to arrive. Delivery was on time and the driver was polite, asking where best to leave everything. It took a few hours to sort the boards and screws before assembly, but the instructions were clear. Very happy with the order and I'll be back when the next project starts.
