Popped into the Manchester shop to try a jacket and one of the sales assistants was really patient with me. I couldn't decide between two colours, so they checked stock for me and ordered the other one in. It came to my home two days later and the fit was exactly what I wanted.

We picked up on a few issues after moving in, mostly little things around doors and fittings. The aftercare team replied quickly and booked the correct tradespeople. One visit needed rearranging, which was a bit annoying, but they apologised and sorted it soon after. Everything that needed attention was put right.
