Parcel marked delivered but never arrived

I got a notification saying my parcel was delivered at 10:30 this morning, but there's nothing at my door and no card left. Called the depot twice and each time they said the driver confirmed delivery, yet I've been home all day. The tracking still shows 'delivered' and I've lost a £45 order.

Too many unanswered messages

After accepting my instructions, the office rarely told me what was happening. I chased three times for an update and still had no clear answer. The receptionist was polite at first, but after that everything felt disorganised and the whole process dragged on for far too long.
