Scott arrived promptly at 8 am after

Scott arrived promptly at 8 am after notifying me the previous evening to be prepared for his arrival As usual he was polite courteous and very efficient letting us know exactly what he was doing and why He tuned the boiler left details of his work and signed the service book A very clean friendly service from start to finish

Samantha was fantastic

Samantha was fantastic She was quick to diagnose the problem and then fix the fault She also spent time explaining your digital thermostat which is not fit for purpose

Alpha and Alpha s engineer responded quickly to address my boiler concerns Alpha set up the repair appointment and Steve the engineer came promptly on the agreed day and fixed the boiler issue in a very professional and courteous manner I was impressed by the level of customer care given by Alpha and am happy with my Alpha boiler

Immediate service

Received a phone call to say an engineer would call the following day A few hours later I received a phone call from the engineer to say that he had a cancellation and as he was in the area would I like him to call that day rather than the following day I immediately said yes and he arrived 10 minutes later completed the exchange of a part and left about 15 minutes later An almost immediate service and welcomed very much

Service and replacement of climatic controller

Samantha was a great help very knowledgable and offered great advice The service has improved the functioning of the boiler and the climatic controller is working fine just needed relocating

Repair was needed to my boiler as hot water wasn t staying hot Andy promptly found the fault and installed a new part Excellent service as always Andy is always friendly and helpful Would highly recommend 5

AVOID

Called yesterday as my boiler is under warranty was told someone would call me within 2-3 days Advised I have children in the house then again was advised someone would call me today Still waiting for a call Absolute shambles of a company To be left without heating or hot water for over 24hrs in these temperatures is just unacceptable Would not recommend this company to anyone
