I was highly impressed with Alpha s engineer James today I came home from work and discovered my boiler was down - no heating or hot water It was late afternoon on a Friday so I didn t hold out much hope - it s also freezing here in Aberdeen with snow and ice Anyway I contacted James directly and despite him being finished for the day he said he d be round to fix it He was literally a few minutes and he was with me He installed a new circuit board quickly and efficiently I am so grateful to James for going above and beyond I ve dealt with James previously when he s serviced my boiler He s always very knowledgeable and friendly and provides a great customer service In short highly recommended

Service appointment made with the minimum of fuss to fit our availability The engineer was great took time to thoroughly do the service Explained everything to us was polite and friendly He even helped with advice re the radiator system Excellent service

Samantha engineer was brilliant and quick as well as knowledgeable informative Thank you soo much

The engineer Adey turned up on the day he was scheduled phoned as promised before his arrival and carried out the work quickly and efficiently Interesting guy with great customer care skills We had a second boiler service scheduled for the same day for another family members home That was completed in exactly the same manner

I would just like to share my admiration of Adey who has worked wonders on my boiler He had to totally strip it to find the problem and because of his determination and skill I now have heating and hot water again 10 10 for service

When my thermostat stopped talking to the boiler they diagnosed the problem quickly and had a new thermostat delivered and installed within a week

I love my Alpha boiler My mate is a gas engineer and he has 40 year s experience and doesn t fit anything else if he can help it - he has fitted 2 of these boilers for me and they are honestly the best bit of kit They run like a dream my heating and hot water are as I want them and my gas bills are way below my friends who live in similar accommodation The servicing team are friendly and efficient They instil trust and just confirm my assertion that the initial more expensive outlay is completely worth it I wouldn t ever have anything other than an Alpha boiler in the house

Bearing in mind this happened on the 23rd of December a time when a lot of Companies have already closed for Christmas My Alpha boiler had started leaking water from the main panel it was still operational but I was re-pressurising it daily I called Alpha at 10 00am I spoke to a very helpful polite and efficient gentleman called Jason He gave me my clear options and once I had decided led me through the payment process painlessly He closed the call by saying an engineer would call within a couple of days and explained that even boiler engineers take holidays at this time of year thus managing my expectations on service At 12 00pm I got a call from the engineer J Roper informing me that he would be with me that afternoon When he arrived he was courteous and professional The boiler was fixed and serviced as per my requests in minimum time The whole process took just over four hours To say we were pleased with the service we received would be a massive understatement Thanks to the whole team and I hope you have a great Christmas

Excellent and efficient service as Always I cannot recommend Alpha enough We ve been their customer for 20 years and cannot fault them

The engineer Carl turn d up when he said he would and got my new pump fitted within minutes of arriving and so my heating could go back on to warm the house through for the first time in three days of freezing outside temperatures so it was nice to get everywhere warm again
