Update after unpleasant customer service interaction - Thanks Autonomous

I want to edit my previous comments regards with recent developments on my interaction with Autonomous I really enjoyed my initial purchase with Autonomous It got delivered fast and there were no problems with the chair I purchased Only the reason of our little disagreement erupted due to a mistake of purchasing 2 chairs instead of 1 It was a honest mistake that happened in a complicated time I have informed Autonomous as soon as I got the item and realized there was an extra chair with my purchase Second chair was unopened in its sale condition and ready to be shipped again I must admit communications with the customer service was not the interaction I was expecting I felt my voice was not being heard through the official channels of Autonomous customer service and there weren t any reasonable solutions were presented during the first couple of interactions However Autonomous did not let go of this case even after my harsh remarks I appreciated this approach a lot this was just a business transaction and mistakes can always be fixed Their approach to my any and all comments inquiries was answered in a respectful tone and with a mentality that aims customer satisfaction I want to say thank you to all Autonomous team to come up with a solution at the end I want to say I was wrong they have a good customer service which aims to achieve customer satisfaction no matter what happens This is a company you can trust that they will deliver good service It might take some time in some cases but eventually you will feel valued

Dilys amazing customer service

I ordered a standing desk and chair from Autonomous which were shipped separately I had some fairly serious issues with the shipping carriers never received my chair at all because UPS lied 2x about delivering it claiming once that I refused it and on the 2nd delivery they claimed they both got a signature not required and left it at the front door When they supplied the address as proof of delivery it was not my address I know the address I gave Autonomous was correct because I received the desk without issue from FedEx Despite opening claims for each wrong delivery with Autonomous and UPS with proof of their mistakes the chair vendor ultimately sided with UPS and declined to ship another one they did process a refund however While I less than impressed with the chair vendor Kerdom my Autonomous customer service rep Dilys did an amazing job of replying expediently asking a lot of questions to make sure she knew what was happening and trying to make things right I have worked with a lot of customer service reps in the past but Dilys was simply outstanding Her empathy humor and human touch kept this situation from becoming a bad mark on Autonomous and I really hope Autonomous knows how lucky they are to have her Thank you Dilys - you re simply the best

Very happy with my chair until the back mesh started to break the person Mei I was put in contact with was very responsive and my issue was solved in a matter of minutes

Chair broke but customer service very good

The back of my ergo chair 2 unfortunately broke I contacted customer support through Whatsapp and I was helped extremely quickly They have now sent a replacement piece I was a little dissapointed that it broke but very happy with customer support to fix the issue

Efficient customer service

Greats products and quick shipping I bought my Ergochair pro and Smartdesk 2 years ago and after the gas cylinder on the chair stopped working this morning I contacted them via Facebook Messenger At first I was sceptical about getting replies from a chatbot but for the most part it understands exactly what you need and replies with short yet precise answers It took about 15 minutes to discuss what was wrong and for it to generate and place a replacement order for the part EDIT As of this morning 06 20 I received the parts needed to replace the gas lift in my chair When I opened the box containing the replacement gas lift I found a used broken lift in the box that had similar wrench marks on it to mine after spending close to 20 hours trying to remove it from the mechanism by any and all means necessary Waiting for a response on how this happened and a new gas lift Going on 3 weeks standing at my desk

Product Quality 3 out of 5Customer service 5 out 5I m a software engineer and I purchased the Autonomous AI Smartdesk Pro during the pandemic for my work from home setup in 2021 Unfortunately circumstances changed and I didn t actually have a place to unbox and set it up until 2023 When I finally unboxed the desk I found a defective metal frame was bent so severely that I was unable to assemble the desk I contacted the customer service department through their intuitive and easy to use interface I was initially told the bent metal frame was not covered in the warranty and I would have to purchase another part At first I was worried that I paid top dollar for a high quality product but ended up with a dud Luckily I was able to escalate and explain my situation to Ashley She was empathetic helpful and quickly replaced the part with minimal delay It was fast correct and now my desk looks beautiful Definitely worth the wait I ll keep you posted on how the desk holds up over time

Support representative Willy is a rock star He understood my concern about my Autonomous ErgoChair Pro and ordered the replacement parts for me What I m not thrilled about was the process of reaching support The Web site has a link to a form but that form only deals with shipping and ordering concerns My issue was with post-purchase warranty support I ended up using the chat feature on the Web site to find Willy

All my questions were answered quickly and explained simply Even though they didn t have what I needed they were still very helpful in giving me the information that I needed to find what I can do to achieve a similar result

It s worth INVESTMENT

It s worth INVESTMENT I have been using for 4 yrs and this is the most sensible investment I have made the materials used are sturdy the top frame of wood the buttons are so easy to use set up was easy too
