They do not deliver what they promise

In December 2022 I responded to an ad promoting a one year lease on AUDI cars AVIS UAE first said okay for a one-year lease on an AUDI A6 then two weeks later said they cannot honour the deal and offered a two years lease that I said I would accept if they could wave the penalty clause They said they would move forward It was 11 January 2023 and I ve never heard from them anymore So they had me sign a contract collected tons of documents and sensible data did not respect the deal and disappear It is unconceivable that these business practices are tolerated

Totall SCAMMERS THEY Took deposit and they Dont Return Back In rental Agreement its written clearly car can be renewed within 30 days after using it 11 days they said you cant Renew it and A NEW 5000 DIRHAMS Deposit must be taken AGAIN STAY AWAY TOTALL DISASTER

They took money from my unauthorized credit card without my approval I think they cloned my credit card I canceled immediately Let s see when they will refund the 3000 AED deposit

Very bad service if you request for car service due minimum 2 weeks before they will collect your car after collection they will blame you that your car was overdue on kilometer worst part is they will replace a dirty car from inside and out and fuel is less than half Staff are not friendly

Huge deposit amount and they don t refund it

I paid 3000Derhams from my debit card as deposit and i when i gived back the car it was i very good case and the mentioned in contract that they will refund me after one month after the contract finish When I contact them they say that refund it s under process and i am jus waiting my money
