Team Communication is Great

The team responds quickly to all of my questions or requests in the message area and they make it easy for me with their document requests and upload links It is simple to review everything in one place and have up to date information My team lead even sends a message before she is going out of the office just to notify me even though someone else is still available to assist if needed

Less stress and more time for running my business

Pat s patience and advice has really helped me feel comfortable with the accounting process It s nice having an entire team working on something that used to make me frustrated to the point of tears They ve taken away the stress of trying to learn accounting while running a business Bench s services and layout have helped me quickly show my financials for business loans and to help guide future finance decisions I highly recommend this service

Bench has your back

The Bench team has been very hands on helping us to sort out our bookkeeping for our small business including doing historical work that we needed rectified for years prior They send prompt reminders via email and text and are responsive when you make contact They streamline the process very well so you feel confident in working with them and also confident in doing your part Feel like we are in great hands

I love Bench

I love Bench I have used Bench for several years now as they came recommended by Shopify Before I found them I would dread doing the books always wondering if I was doing things correctly and generally feeling overwhelmed by having that as an additional responsibility on top of everything it takes to run a business Once I found Bench my life simplified tremendously especially with their end of year packaging which I hand off to my accountant easily I am practically an apostle for Bench haha Between the price and the value I think it s a great investment and easy solution for bookkeeping for any company

Artists are not good with accounting

For someone like me an artist with a right sided brain your service is perfect At the end of the year all I need to do is submit your report to my accountant Done Customer service has always been great I can t think of a time when I ve felt otherwise My one person business is a very simple accounting job A year ago I was paying 135 a month but the fee was raised to 230 I almost discontinued the service because it has become a much bigger deal to pay I understand the need to raise pricing though My suggestion would be to maybe charge different monthly fees depending on the time it takes for individual clients Just a thought

Easy Interface Helpful Support Highly Recommend

We ve been using Bench for 2-3 years Our current Bookkeeper Ramit K is awesome Very responsive detail oriented and always follows up to questions in a timely manner We are a smaller company and outsourcing bookkeeping has been life changing so we can focus on our core competencies We d love more granularity in data or have an API but still 100 satisfied with it s intended use Highly recommended

Bench Tax gives you hope in April

Bench Tax has been fantastic for me I have a small business and file my personal return jointly so my taxes are fairly difficult to work out but I don t have the budget for an accounting department Bench Tax solves that problem they re very responsive to questions and updates despite serving a large remote clientele It s perfect for somebody with a small business or for someone who does a lot of freelance work

Really solid option for small businesses

Really solid option for small business owners I get pretty up to date books and its far less than hiring a bookkeeper in house or even as a contractor Tax time is easy peasy with a nice detailed financial package you can go to your CPA or just use TurboTax business like I do

The process is so easy with Bench The customer service is amazing The customer dashboard makes everything a breeze And the company takes care of everything Drag drop the statements Bench literally handles everything else They organize do bookkeeping file my taxes for me Its such a relief
