Honest company

I had some issues regarding a few ripple deposit It took a couple of weeks for them to sort it out I guess its better late than never and do appreciate this I would recommend this company Their customer service is a bit slow however they do respond eventually

Bitstamp is a great exchange platform

Bitstamp is a great exchange platform I use it already few months never had a problem Wire transfers were credited on the same day But my last transaction did go through I made a wire transfer 4 days ago and still nothing on Bitstamp account Please have a look Custome ID 223248 Thanks

Good platform to purchase crypto on I like how everything works secure with 2 factor too Only thing I don t like is I changed my phone once and my 2 factor was lost so had to go through a lot of verification requests by them to recover my 2 factor and my account

Good if you accept all the KYC

I have been using it this platform for some time and they are the longest standing crypto exchange for a reason I believe this is a reliable platform and people behind it look serious Their compliance requirements have gone too far and I was asked so many questions I was about to quit

Overall good exchange nice work

Good customer service sometimes they take a while to answer some questions but still OK nothing drastic Fast transactions cheap fees no issues on this side They could make some adjustments on their website make a more user-friendly site The mobile app could also use a bit of refreshment this is just a bonus Great job guys keep on rocking with crypto

I trust this service

Surprised by the bad ratings here Their service is very good I had to reset the 2FA on my account and they were very helpful I had to take a selfie and provide passport copy but this is to be expected for the security of accounts Only complaint I have is that they raised the bank withdrawal fee from 0 90 euros to now 3 euros and the exchange fee was also raised from 0 25 to 0 50

Bitstamp Exchange is easy simple for a non savvy person like me

I have been using Bitstamp for a year It was recommended in an online review of Bitcoin for begginers I have found it easy I send money to my account I buy crypto I withdraw crypto Its an exchange and it does just that for me no fuss Fees for Eth are a bit ouch though I wish I could trade at the weekend too
