My experience with BPPluse went realy good through out Easy to use by the app or card Affordable prices What an excellent customer service team bppulse have Bev Adams helped me with my monthly invoice She listened all the matter and escalated the issue to the relavent department and made sure everything is sorted and confirmed me on the call Many thanks

BP PULSE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE MR NENDIRNU was very helpful efficient had good product knowledge and resolved my enquiry swiftly and hassle free And with BP Pulse they actually have a call centre where you can speak to a human being So many other EV providers in the UK are just awful Using useless chat bots and impossible to speak to anyone I am very h to use BP Pulse as my preferred EV CHARGING provider Thank you

I had difficulties with my bank card

I had difficulties with my bank card and was unable to top up with being a new electric customer I was very stressed and your lady was able to connect me remotely and I managed to get a bit of charge at the time so pleased as she put my mind at ease that she could help

hi i live in blpck of flats so cant get

hi i live in blpck of flats so cant get a home charger im very lucky to have a local bp and has normal and fast charging it takes me around 45 mins to charge on fast charge to 80 i have a cuppa and a sandwich from the bp station and sit and eat while charging by time im finished eating its almost charged the prices are very compatible i did contact services via message took 6 days for reply but when they did reply i did get the information i needed and put mymind at ease on collecting payment overall i say tyvm BP Pulse

Never had any issues at all

Never had any issues at all leads little bit heavier than thought but managed Prompt payment and efficient billing which helps budget Actually met some nice people when using system all willing to share tips and advice
