Great customer service helpful quick replies to Email query and parts bought restored grinder to good as new Only hesitation on five stars was packaging related - new baratza motor and burrs came loosely packed there was a whole in the side of the box not sellers fault and connection on motor got bent in transit Worked fine but was a minor concern

Great service and prompt delivery My only gripe is that for three very small items costing less than 5 each and weighing a few ounces the total cost including post and packaging was 32

Fast delivery good service great product Only fault I have is the size of the packaging - For 2 coffee cups the size of the outer box was ridiculously huge I appreciate fragile items need protecting but that can still be done as effectively in a smaller box - No plastic at least though
