Inundated by spam emails when i ordered

Payment process is a shambles it tells you the order is accepted after entering all card details and that the products ready to dispatch but doesn t tell you that you also need to carry out a further payment process after that The item was due to be delivered on the Monday but turned up on the Weds

Misleading

Delayed delivery meaning I couldn t open my coffee trailer And the pump I purchased doesn t work No power to it Why don t they test this stuff before they ship it out

Ordered something for pre-10 delivery received an email stating it has dispatched 20 minutes later receive a call saying they don t actually have it but could send out after new year not very apologetic and very unhelpful on the phone no option of alternatives even though i saw a few similar on the website seemed like they want to leave early for xmas break
