Absolutely first-class service

Absolutely first-class service First time using this company and Wow I ordered 3 items of coffee gear on Tuesday afternoon and they were delivered perfectly by yodel next morning I raised an issue today regarding another item I had ordered on Monday and within 5 minutes I had an email from their Operation Manager Kim with an update and confirmation of the delivery date In these unusual times it so refreshing to find a company that truly cares about their customers I will definitely be using them again as I expand my barista coffee making skills and try out new coffees and I ll be recommending them to friends too

Outstanding customer service

Ordered a brewista kettle which was delivered but had a few scratches on it so emailed them late evening and recieved a reply the following morning informing me that a replacement would be dispatched and the original one picked up the following day Then recieved an email saying the kettle i had ordered was out of stock so was offered a better model at twice the price Which arrived a day or so later Now that is what i call customer service and am absolutely delighted with the new kettle Will definitely order from the company again OUTSTANDING customer service from a company that clearly cares about its customers and not just about taking your money
