Quick postage but not hot with customer service I called to say how dangerous these glasses were and I was asked well did you burn yourself or did the crack with the hot coffee to which I replied no Only be told well they are not faulty then so please return themAnd pay your return postage Not a good service fromCoffee hit

Dropped consignment no response

My order was placed now for 10 days and I didn t receive any update about it

Postage costs too much for few filters

Arrived a day late Consignment was dropped during UPS shipment the outer box split and the rather expensive coffee grinder carton was compressed at one corner I contacted Coffee Hit by email with photographs explaining the potential problem - not a dicky bird Fortunately the grinder works perfectly Reply to Coffee Hit -You are incorrect I wrote I ll test it tonight and contact you again if there s any issues There wasn t an issue with the grinder hence no further email My original email sets out my concerns that you did not respond to

Poor communication around a delay in my delivery I had to email twice to find out it wasn t coming and although a partial refund was issued when it finally arrived it was marked I was told these marks were normal machining marks and if I wanted to return it I could I don t believe that to be correct but needless to say this was their final response I won t be ordering again

There were bad delays in having the item shipped and despite this no attempt was made to speed the process up ie using a more expedited shipping method Also at the time when I placed the order the issues were already known but this wasn t communicated Until several days later already after the item should have been delivered

Positive experiences-Website is well presented and easy to use-Product pricing is reasonable-Purchases arrive in good conditionNegative experiences-Customer service sales are not very helpful Requested help to correct the address on my order their response was not helpful and nothing was done about it The package was shipped regardless of the highlighted issue Contacted the courier company myself to resolve the logistical issue which resulted in a delay in receiving the package

The images on the website for a product were different from what was delivered I have returned the item The images and description of the product should be updated on the website for accurate representation The email exchange with the customer service was smooth return process seems straight forward however it takes a while to get it all sorted
