I got in touch with coffee hit to get some spare parts to upgrade my Mahlkonig vario grinder They went the extra mile to get me the parts I needed I m extremely happy with the service provided I have just installed the parts very happy with them

Ordered a grinder from another company and they didn t send the product and took 3 weeks to get a response had to get Paypal involved to get my money back Ordered from Coffee Hit and it was shipped the next day on the Bank Holiday Monday and it came in 3 days later Can t fault the service quick delivery plenty of emails to let me know when it was arriving tracking brilliantly packaged Will definitely be using Coffee Hit for all my coffee items from now on 10 10 service

Coffee Hit s service to repair a coffee grinder a few months ago was so flawless efficient and reasonably priced I hunted down their founder s email address and sent a note to commend their service and got a quick thank you back They ve really done a super job integrating their website with physical delivery payments email updates and most importantly repairs well executed
