Good website good stock very slow to ship and deliver

Great service No issues other than the mammoth size of box that arrive and it was massive for the product Must have been 10 or 20 times the size of the products box Please review deliver boxes

Nice fast flow rate through these papers very impressed Only improvement would be delivery times however I understand this is difficult currently

I preordered a grinder it had a delay due to shipping problems but that s fine They even let me change my colour choice shortly before it was due to ship However after a month of use I wasn t thrilled with the grinder They couldn t accept a return which is fine I wasn t really expecting them to They did offer to test it for faults under warranty but I don t believe it s faulty just not up to my expectations Again this is fine However when I tried to leave a 3 star review on the product I received an email asking me to revise my review I think this is meant to just make me aware that I can but the subject line is literally Please revise your review of Coffee Hit ltd I ve checked the website multiple times and cleared my cache and hours later the review still isn t showing Don t trust product reviews on the site UPDATE Review is now visible updating score from 3 to 4 star to reflect that

Just had my Baratza Sette 270w repaired and I was absolutely delighted by every step of the process Very speedy service with great communication and given that the whole gearbox burr motor assembly was replaced fantastic value

Great support for my Baratza grinder Bought a Baratza repair kit because my old coffee grinder stopped working last week I have got from them a manual how can I change the new spare part and it was a 30min work but worth it Thanks for the fast shipping

Excellent Customer Service I purchased a Commandate C40 from Coffee Hit after my 1zpresso grinder failed irreparably I forgot to take advantage of their Red Clix add on deal so I contacted Customer Services and John sorted things out for me very quickly the Red Clix arrived less than 24 hours later The Commandate is a fantastic grinder Much smoother than my previous grinder and very easy to maintain Also I can t believe how much of an improvement it s made to the quality of my brews

Recently placed an order for a Fellow Shimmy coffee sifter which was stolen from my doorstep can t imagine the thief was happy when they found out what was inside Customer service from Leigh was incredible super helpful and got a replacement shipped out whilst they liaised with the courier Yodel Great company will always choose them for coffee supplies
