ROUGH START TURNED AROUND

Though I wasn t happy that we had to try and set up the boxes need a TV less than 2 years old in order to have the Xfinity app on the TV and it took me 4 hours trying to hook up with no success So they then sent out their tech Matt who was just a joy He is new to the company but they are so lucky to have him and it turned around a bad first impression Matt had to spend about 2-1 2 hours setting up our internet cable access Super happy with such a friendly and helpful technician Thanks Xfinity You turned around any negativity by sending us Matt

comcast is wonderful

comcast is wonderful i cannot say enough about the internet essentials and discounted telephone services for the poor exceptional in a time of endless greed 10 bucks and tax per month for each also mobile same price there is even amnesty if you owe them money from past service if you get food stamps energy or assistance or medicaid you qualify yes it is irritating to get it all set up but the help was patient and professional i cant recommend them highly enough especially after the dreadful really dreadful century link

I had an issue that I found out was more their fault than mine They treated me with utmost respect abd went above and beyond what they had to I have had service issues and they always go above wgat they have too Thank you xfinity

I had the privilege of having Jason a highly skilled service technician come to troubleshoot some issues I was having He was very thorough and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help out He even hooked up my Alexa and soundbar for me He was very friendly and helpful He deserves a raise really he s awesome

We just recently moved and have Comcast

We just recently moved and have Comcast as our internet tv provider for the first time We have had outstanding service from the start Martez has been our in home service tech and I can t say enough good things about him He is so friendly always has a smile and is so willing to help us with all of our issues With this new old house we have had lots of issues He has been here several times and has pulled new cables etc to make sure everything is working Martez is wonderful Thank you Comcast and Martez

Have had Comcast for years

Have had Comcast for years It cuts out all the time with no explanation Just moved recently and even upgraded to a considerably fast internet package Have had disruptions in service 1 to 3 times every day They always fix it after I call and spend 15 minutes talking to a robot and then 15 more with an actual human only to have it cut out again the next day Absolute trash If you are not subject to a federally sponsored monopoly in your area go with anyone else

Wonderful Customer experience

I have been with comcast for quite sometime now and every time i have an issue i would just dial their number and a representative would pick up and fix the issue right away overall experience is not that bad I mean it can be better but what can I say except thank you for helping me out all these years
