stupid people employee d here no one seems to have any idea on how to troubleshoot technical issues When you call them on their crap they point to some BS reason as to why its not working Then when you try to escalate to someone who might know something they transfer to you no where and the call dies Biggest looser company that doesn t have a clue how to properly give good customer support My issue is still present and doesn t seem they care at all Problem is they also have a monopoly on the area so everyone looses

Their monthly bill has gotten outrageous and they believe they have you without options Guess what Verizon dropped lines thru my neighborhood finally Called Comcast to ask about better pricing and they literally said lower your package or cancel your service There is nothing else we can do The woman she claimed to be in the cancellation depth but I doubt it could have cared less whether I was a customer

I have never experienced such a frustrating and infuriating internet service as Xfinity Dealing with this company has been a colossal headache from the beginning and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing their service has been First and foremost trying to get a representative on the phone is like attempting to navigate a labyrinth blindfolded It is an incredibly time-consuming and agonizing process The automated phone system seems designed to keep you circling in an endless loop and when you finally manage to reach a human being they often seem clueless and unhelpful It s as if they are intentionally trying to discourage customers from seeking assistance What s even more infuriating is the lack of transparency when it comes to contracts Xfinity conveniently fails to disclose crucial details about their contracts leaving customers in the dark about important terms and conditions This lack of transparency is not only unethical but also contributes to a sense of betrayal when customers discover hidden fees and unexpected charges One of the most egregious aspects of Xfinity s service is the contract cancellation fee It s outrageous that they penalize customers for wanting to terminate a service that fails to meet their expectations This fee is a blatant attempt to trap customers in a subpar service forcing them to endure the frustration and disappointment rather than seeking a better alternative Perhaps the most astonishing letdown is the abysmal customer service which in my experience ranks as the worst among the 20 internet accounts I currently manage across the United States Representatives often display a shocking lack of knowledge and professionalism It s disheartening to think that a company of this size and stature can provide such dismal customer service showing a blatant disregard for the very people keeping their business afloat In conclusion Xfinity s internet service is a complete letdown From the near-impossible task of reaching a representative to the hidden contracts and exorbitant cancellation fees this company has failed on every front I strongly advise anyone considering Xfinity to think twice and explore other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency This experience has been a nightmare and I cannot wait to terminate my contract and sever ties with this disappointing provider

They are scammer

They are scammer I use Comcast wifi for my store which is only charge me 71 69 per month I decide to use it for my other store Fist time someone came to my shop and he did not find the connection and other one come to my shop he did find out either They wast 3 weeks and they did not where it is Finally I find it in the bathroom They said they would wave my installation fee because they wast my time also I can not connect to my credit card reader After the installation then they increase my monthly fee to 96 69 per month I call them today they told me that last month they don t have promotion which I have to pay more money they lied which their ad did not change I decide to cancel but they said i have to pay them 35 dollars for the rest contract which I have 22 month left they are cheater they deceive the clients

Compassionate Comcast is missing I started a process through Comcast support to allow my wife to continue to receive emails from her family and friends without assistance from me or others She is entering the awful reality of Altheimer s Short time memory is becoming a thing of the past Comcast in their infinite wisdom and concern for her security and wellbeing has forced her to change the password on her email I have had many conversations with Xfinity and Comcast support persons and escalated many times over several days explaining the reality that she will NOT be able to retrieve her email or contact them by herself thus allowing her to keep a shred of dignity by maintaining her ability to communicate with those she loves without constant assistance from others Yes the day will come eventually where this will occur anyway There are a few people along the way who understood and escalated to their ability Godfrey in the Philippines and Angelo both with Xfinity were helpful compassionate and professional Once I left Xfinity and was routed into Comcast those traits with the individuals I delt with were a thing of the past I forced the escalation process by repeating Please send me to your supervisor or manager I waited for quite a while and recalled I was eventually told by a clearly angry employee who refused to give me their name that they would escalate the issue but to rest assured no one would do anything to help me because no one could manipulate the system to allow her to bypass the need to change her password and that they couldn t see what a big deal it would be to just change a letter or number or to add a character into the password and get on with life Well I guess we have no choice but to do just that But as the title says

Xfinity are thieves I have noticed bill discrepancies several times and contacted them with no apology on their end This time I took screen shots of balance payments I paid Novembers bill had a 0 balance then received a new bill for 71 due November 23rd IM REPORTING MY EVIDENCE TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION BBB

Terrible experience

Terrible experience The autopay on my account expired because my credit card needed to be updated I have spent an hour trying to contact someone to pay the bill They have a customer trying to pay the bill and can t do it Business 101 - make it as easy as possible for your customers to give you money

I have a one-person counseling office My office manager works from home My monthly comcast bill is 500 which I cannot afford I asked my office manager to change providers After looking into it she found I am under contract with comcast for the next 9 months I didn t sign anything Can t get them on the phone I am stuck

Wayyy to many outages INEXCUSABLE

I work from home rely on xfinity to provide a stable internet connection but there are constant outages throughout the day When you call their customer service line it s nearly impossible to get in touch with a representative Then when you finally do get a real person on the phone all they do is try to upsell you on different xfinity products instead of addressing the issue of why you actually called Why would I want to buy additional products or services from xfinity when the service I already pay for barely works I ll be changing internet providers as soon as possible This just isn t acceptable and I won t tolerate it anymore I could lose my job if I keep trying with Xfinity

It is impossible to reach anyone The automated phone system drives you to focus on very few questions If you have a different question it simply offer you the same options This is ridiculous I can t wait to find a replacement
