Alex K was the man He guided me step by step and we are getting stuff Friday This guy was very energetic showed great knowledge and I would def keep this guy if I was comcast

Infinitely better than AT T

Was paying 50 month for 3 Mbps with AT T but was actually receiving 0 3 Mbps Was not able to stream any videos Switched to Xfinity plan of 100 month for 100 Mbps but I am actually receiving 115 Mbps Internet is blazing fast Setup was a bit involved as Xfinity technician had to use coax cable outlet to connect wire from outside to router but overall it was well worth it and I am very happy with the service Will never go back to AT T

James on time and knowledgeable

My review is for James that came to our home to check Wi-Fi and he did other things too The Wi-Fi is at full stream for all 7 devices Plus he switched out our modem to a 7 and attached new wiring do we wouldn t have excessive wires He was very knowledge telling us things we didn t know we had with HD that no one else told us He looked over our TV and somehow things got switched to wrong channel and more When James left we had faster internet speed better picture on the TV and now we know more of what we can watch for free Thank you James service tech out of Dover Delaware

This is GOOD service at last

After weeks of attempting to contact customer support at Comcast and being shut down and disconnected because of high volume of calls last week I had a VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE I needed to report an outside cable that was being damaged by passing tall trucks This time I got easily to a live person was given an appointment soon and was not put on HOLD at all The tech came out was pleasant and courteous fixed the cable and all was well Amazing That is what should happen with customer support

Just wanted to say thank you for sending an amazing technician to my house Although I called a few weeks before moving into my new home I called Comcast and they assured me that you can set service up all is fine- there was service there before Wasn t the case my technician Talib Quddoos who went over and beyond to making sure my service was up and running I thank you sir

Tim just serviced our equipment internet went out and he was the most professional competent helpful and genuinely kind service man I ve come across in quite some time He never complained about the small utility room he had to dig through to properly service and reposition the equipment Five stars all around Thank you

Today your communications Techniciam DRAXXON 663354 was here to fix a static problem on my phone line He when beyond my expectations repaired the cable and the phone was good He then discovered the line from telephone pole to house had an issue so he replace the line What a gem of an employee he is a keeper

Best team of customer service people ever mobile internet phone problems whether in person text or help on the phone They take their time to help transfer you to the appropriate person that can help until the problem is solved Can t remember all their names but you all do awesome work

I worked with a very nice lady by the name Maria My router was down and she trouble shooted with me on how to get a connection to the outlet and start kicking up my wifi She was very pleasant and we had a nice little chit chat as we finished the call I would most definitely call for help through Comcast again
