I placed my order the 2nd week of February for a printer and 2 rolls of filament I begged for an update in March and I was told to wait We are almost in May I get no update and no response to my email With constant emails of your promotional products you want to ask me to review an item I never got Please return my money so that I can continue on not being a customer

I ordered an ender 3 v2 and filament that was labeled as in stock and available to ship within 2-3 days After a week nothing shipped but the company printed a label for some of the items I ordered just never shipped the items After asking for the whole order to be cancelled and my order to be refunded shop agreed to refund the order and cancel 3 days later they only refunded part of the order The part they printed a label for but never shipped they did not refund

I ordered a Creality Endler-3 in mid April After 1 month I asked about the status of my order and was told not to worry Asked again after 2 months but no response anymore I called a few times leaving messages but no response either In the end I asked them to cancel my order and refund me To which I also have not received any response To be clear this is not an official website of Creality Edit Surprisingly they were quick to have my review removed from TrustPilot I delivered evidence to TrustPilot in the meantime

Worst experience ever Right now I have a paperweight and not a printer The printer was ok out of the box but after installing the bl touch it broke Customer support will ask you to repeat same steps over and over and they won t give any information on how to get the printer returned or serviced My printer is now stopped for longer than it worked and I am for months trying to get any useful support Don t waste your money Update my comment on the creality website was deleted Luckily there is no tool to delete it on Trustpilot 2nd update Creality also tried to delete my Trustpilot review clamming I was not a legit customer Thank you Trustpilot for making things transparent An advise for creality support please hire English native speakers because it s a nightmare trying to solve complex troubleshooting with automatic translation tools

On September 20 2023 I made a purchase of the CREALITY Original 2KG Ender-3 S1 3D Printer PLA Filament 1 75mm from Creality3D aliexpress store for 34 02 with the understanding that it included free shipping to Cyprus However I encountered a highly frustrating and unprofessional conversation with your store representative which transpired as follows Creality Store Your address belongs to a remote address Logistics cannot be delivered Please cancel the order as soon as possible AliExpress ll give you a full refund Update your understanding Me That is unfair Creality Store As we told you your address logistics cannot be delivered Got it Me Why do you have an option to sell this product with shipping to Cyprus then It is not my fault You are free to cancel this order if you cannot ship it Creality Store We didn t tell you that your address can t be delivered Is there something wrong with you Who told you about our products in Cyprus Our warehouse is in Europe Germany understand Furthermore I would like to point out that the product I attempted to purchase is still available on your store with free shipping to Cyprus but now at an increased price of 40 EUR Cyprus is an integral part of the European Union and I believe that I should be entitled to the same terms and conditions as any other customer within the EU

Awful printers - I ve had two The first took about 3 weeks to get working the second was so badly made and designed I didn t get a decent print out of it for 3 months and the process of getting it fixed was very painful Quality control is terrible and customer service is virtually non-existent they don t respond to all emails and their answers are incomplete and often wrong

New 3d printer doesn t work After two weeks of emailing they sent me a replacement part and video neither of which were for the model I own When I told them this they send instructions on how to plug the cords of the machine into the control box They refuse to even acknowledge my repeated requests for a refund and return The customer service is abysmal DO NOT BUY - if something goes wrong you re not going to receive any meaningful support and at most repeated frustration UPDATE company contacted me after seeing this review to ask what went wrong I told them no response since And THAT is why I say they have poor customer service UPDATE 2 4 months into this experience and company still refuses to provide a refund The machine has never worked If you order from this company and get a defective printer don t EVER expect a refund

Phone number doesn t work Chat is unresponsive The emails sent go unresponsive When they reply to the email it is a generic email If you have been screwed and used paypal You must contact PayPal immediately to dispute The creality company will send out 2 emails One stating what the crd is and the other one stating that they can t refund due to it being shipped Its the response that you will receive if you start asking questions Read the bbb and other reviews and you know that it s true Avoid this company by all means You can t write a review on their website even if your a verified customer The best option is to go through Amazon It may cost more but you know your protected and you can return if unsatisfied and be able to write a review of your experience

After over a month of waiting and dealing with customer support I was forced to ask for a refund My printer I bought was oversold and they told me there wouldn t be more I m not impressed with creality support if u do buy one get it on Amazon or something whatever you do don t buy from the creality store I have always recommended creality products and have gotten them some sales but thats not gonna happen anymore

Recieved order with missing parts about a month ago They was informed and they replied with instructions these institutions was followed and they kept sending the same form letter and I replied each time Think they was dragging this out past their 14 day promise of service This seems to be a fraudulent group No stateside support no stateside contacts only email and the stop after the 14 day period is up
