I will start off by saying what a pleasure it was to deal with Creality Customer Support Especially in today s world They were prompt helpful and definitely retained my customer confidence in their products service and overall customer loyalty I purchased a printer that was badly damaged in shipping during a very busy holiday season They helped troubleshoot replace parts and overall solve my issue for something that is not logistically easy to replace and in a very timely manner The support professionals were extremely friendly and eager to help Thank you again Creality Customer support don t know the agent s names -DT

All good

All good Delivery a little long 10 days to send the package and 8 days to receive it after Received the printer damaged but I immediately contacted the support which is very responsive The team sent me new parts to replace the damaged ones and the printer works fine now

Customer support is great I ordered several items from creality3d shop and was talking to Bree from Customer Service Department fast reply and polite talk all my questions were answered items on the way to me Also I played the gift wheal on February 14th and won a nice gift that is also on the way to me I m so happy that reality team makes such promotions thank you so much Can t wait to receive upgrades for my ender 3 pro printer

The service is very good and the response speed is high

A faulty installation was received with a non-standard fault Support responded very quickly although the cause of the failure was found only the third time but all repair parts were sent without problems Although the shipping time from China was long The entire repair campaign took about half a year

Upgraded my Endor 3 to the newest board

Upgraded my Endor 3 to the newest board and touch screen and had problem finding firmware Creality 3D was great at getting me to the right place and helping with the firmware Got my machine up and running in no time I wish all companies cared about there customers as Creality does Keep up the good work Creality I now own a Creality Endor 3 halot-one and a halot-light Cr -10 is next on the list

Love Creality 3d Bree in customer service provides excellent support

I have purchased two machines from Creality3d A CR-10 V2 and recently a CR-10s Pro V2 In both cases the machines were exactly as described and I couldn t be more pleased with these printers The second machine was clearly designated as used but carried the full Creality one year warranty When I needed assistance with this machine Bree in customer service was excellent She communicated frequently and fully resolved my problems within two days I have three 3D printers all Creality Their community Is huge and with the exceptional service received from Bree in customer support I cannot imagine purchasing any other brand

I received an Ender 5 Pro printer which had a little damage in shipping becuase it didn t get packed right Brea in support worked hard and communicated with me well to help me get this issue corrected I now have a printer printing wonderful Thank you Brea for all your help and extra effort on my part
