My first request was answered with a standard email to supply a video of the problem Since my request wasn t really showable in a video I tried again and I seem to have been bumped to a higher tier service employee I now got an answer that solved my problem right away

Purchased the CR-10 v2 back in the spring to fill in the time in isolation And couldn t be happier with the printer I ve got several friends who have been 3D printing for several years and I ve listened to them complain and share frustration over their printers and the quality of their work Have to say that has not been my experience at all with this printer There is a learning curve for sure and there are tweaks to make with any design but it s been a blast and most projects are perfect first try Setup was easy and quick It s a great platform for any newbie and gives you loads of room to grow as your aspirations and projects get bigger and more complex

Very happy with my 3 Creality printers I own 2 Ender 3 s and an Ender 5 plus All arrived in timely manner and had no issues with assembly The one thing that sold me on these was the abundance of information on modifications and great support groups out there

The customer support was SUPER quick to respond to me which was nice even prior to getting the printer The overall instructions are difficult to understand if you haven t worked with this type of printer before The directions to set up are okay but the how to on how to work the actual printer once it s built weren t very helpful Could use work Also it is important to note that the voltage has to be adjusted to US voltage there is a tiny note but that is significant The quality of printing the machine does once it s up and working and you ve figured out how to work everything is great We will now get to enjoy it

2 months ago i Bought a Ender 3v2 it Said Eu shipment i was happy Then i Realized somehow i bought it from a diferent website shop and not oficial got scared about scam and shipment not updating Website chat don t really work Just drop then a e-mail at service Anyway after the e-mail the tracking uptadet and the printer was already being deliverd that day The Printer is Amazing Just see a good YouTube video about the assembly and everything Will bem great Now the trully bad part about the shop Its the Fillament they say EU stock and you think it Will Come with the Printer but Thats a lie Still didnt get my 2 Fillaments that i paid O Asked for a Refund 3 Times they still asking for more time Its crazy but simple ONLY buy the Printer Thays my recomendation They are Amazing

My Creality CR10s Pro V2 started having Z axis motor trouble after a couple weeks of working just fine Across the next 8 months or so Creality CS agents worked with me via email to isolate the problem and correct it I purchased new spacers and a motor on my own and they provided a new motherboard and z-axis wiring While it took a very long time they did fix the problem I m pleased with the service I received

I ordered my CR-10S Pro V2 on a Thursday evening and had it delivered the following Wednesday which is excellent I did however not receive any advance notification on the delivery neither from Creality nor DHL If I had received that I would have had it delivered already on Tuesday That being said the printer seems to work fine Following the instructions it was easy to assemble and adjust The very first print was a success and I hope it continues to deliver good results

I have been using the Creality printers Ender3 CR-10 S4 CR-10 Max and LD-006-Resin for a while now They have produced satisfactory prints out of PETG PLA and Resin Certainly they are not always reliable and require attention to make them work optimally but at this price point it is hard to complain The big online community also helps with resolving issues

I ve had my Ender 3v2 for about a year and a half now so I can give an in depth review First off this printer comes in at a great budget friendly price THEREFORE you ll deal with minor issues out the box I was able to print straight out but dealt with layer shifts Z height bed level for awhile The printer sat for about 6 months winter and trying to do a printer afterwards looked even worse Now I ve upgraded dual Z X linear Rail direct Drive extruder all metal extruder and different bed level knobs - springs BLT Afterwards I m printing perfect prints It s just now the total cost is around 400 from my 220 initial cost BUT you ll learn the inside and out of the machine and be able to diagnose any issues going forward All in all a great beginner printer but you ll end up upgrading part s frequently until you get to the end product and not have to

I ordered my printer in November expecting it to ship in 10-15 days and hoped for the best After reviewing the issues with Creality3D i think i might not see the printer until mid 2023 which would be a really bummer I ve attempted to contact them a few times and haven t received a response so I m still in a holding pattern Come on Creality3D come thru for once
