I wanted to get into 3d printed and i decided to go with the Ender Pro 3 It is very easy to build out of the box Easy to setup Would have liked auto bed level but if you want you can upgrade it to do that The prints have great quality for price I would definitely recommend this printer if you want to dip your feet into 3d printing

Received the printer after a short delay and my grandsons are thrilled with it Unfortunately the accessories and filament kept being delayed due to shipping issues and COVID so I canceled them They issued me a refund right away and have been very good about communicating with me regarding this order

HelloI received a defective printer motherboard out of order HelloI contacted the after-sales service which sent me the part replacing the defective element Obviously this was a little long due to the time difference in our email exchange the diagnostic of the failure the shipping time of the motherboard the Coronavirus also does not help but everything was done without faults which could slow down my printer repair a little more Now everything works perfectlyThank you Zoey

Great experience so far bought 2 printers I m still waiting on one but Deb at Creality Customer Service has been very helpful update I am still waiting on my 2nd printer Deb at customer service said it is lost but is waiting to hear from the logistics company communication hasn t been as good lately I m am hoping for a refund so I can reorder I ll keep everyone updated

We purchased the Ender 3 Pro 3D Printer last month We are happy with our purchase We were able to successfully print very creative models using this printer The installation instructions were very clear It took us less than 2 hours to complete the installation Our expectations were met We were also made some additional attachments for the printer itself Thank youRamesh Vasudevan

I ordered an Ender 5 printer with no second thought because the website looked and felt legit It took a few days for them to ship as apparently they check each printer physically before doing so I also ordered some other parts and those were shipped same day from China and UK Then there was an issue with DHL due to COVID-19 pandemic and it took longer for the printer to arrive Not because the shop was to blame but because DHL themselves did not do a very good job of tracking however I got it same day when it reached Estonia via their partner and gotta say very impressed with quality and customer service which I wrote numerous emails to Always responded and fast Either way the product was original from the manufacturer it was delivered and making great prints for 3 days already Recommend for anyone in europe UPDATE 12 10 There is an unfortunate update that I must provide to this story Not all of the products are shipped from Europe and there is no warning to you where the item will be shipping from or when you will get it when placing the order The printer sure it was delivered fast from Europe but since my initial review I have yet to receive my ordered BLTouch from this store It was shipped from China with the cheapest method you can get and for the past month there are no updates on the tracking code they provided So not too happy that I ordered everything in one go expecting to not have to trouble myself with bed levelling constantly but in reality I cant do many prints because the bed itself turned out warped the middle part of bed is lower than the rest of the bed Anyways if i knew it would be sent from China I would have gone to Aliexpress to order the same from a Creality store in Europe and get the item in 1 week via DHL nobody provided me option or warning that there is going to be stuff from China The nozzles came from UK for whatever reason and again for an order I added nozzled and BLTouch too the printer I had three shipments out of which I got two That is not to say the store is not good or you shouldn t buy from there but accessories I would think twice If I wanted them direct from china or other good sellers Taking one star away Also for the fact that I was encouraged to write a honest review for a coupon code which I did and once I got the coupon thinking I could order some accessories from there I was told the coupon only applies to a new printer But i just got one Whats the point of giving me a voucher for another printer if I haven t or have barely used the first printer that I bought Bit odd UPDATE 17 10 The BLTouch I was waiting for finally arrived in good condition but took a month to get here The instructions however were not fit for my board somehow and I spent a whole day just trying to get the thing to work but it looks like it is good now and working So all good all products received P S I still believe the brand is good and store is legit but it needs some more information about what you buy and from where it ships or when

After ordering a BL Touch for my Ender-6 printer i had to wait a long time After the set arrived i found out that the Flat cable wasn t the right one for the Ender-6 After much to many mails they understand the problem and suggest to send me the right one Again nothing happens and after a mail they told me to pay for the shipping Fee Strange thing it isn t my problem they send me the wrong set so fix it by sending me the right flat cable They refused that so far The shipping fee and other costs cost a lot more than sending a simple flat cable to me I wish them luck never buying anything of Creality anymore Lighting up we call that After 6 months we saw this reaction I made again my point of the wrong delivery and again and again Picture with it sending to the headquarters and some advise to read the problem better And now at the end of december Creality confirm the mistake and sending me a compatible cable without a shipping Fee Even so they say sorry I think organize the Service department better the result is a lot less stress and a better Brand feeling We will see when it arrives in the Netherlands And so it did right before christmas the flat cable arrives at least Now we are talking the BL-touch works pretty good We reorganized the cables a little plugged the Bl Touch on the print and after all the things you have to do it works It takes some time to callibrate and remember once in a month you have to callibrate again The measuring on 25 points looks a little much it takes some time but the results are okay and we can do other things meanwhile So it is the same as the service department it takes some time but then you got something

Good machine the quality of the components is acceptable and the machine works very well The bad point is the software included because it do not let to do modifications in important parameters for to improve the printing quality

I purchased the printer and it came in very quickly The day after I purchased it the price dropped I contacted customer Service and they said they would provide me a credit for the difference

A piece broke off my ender 3 V2 so I asked if they could send me a replacement piece They replied right away and could identify what needed to be fixed I only needed to pay an 8 shipping fee It did take a full month till I received the piece in the mail but being from China it was no surprise why the shipping took so long My printer now works perfectly
