I was so afraid to order 2 kits for my family because I read only bad reviews about Dantelabs everywhere But I must tell they were amazing I ordered the kit next day I got the email that they dispatched it the day after I received it Absolutely amazing service Today my prents done the tests instructions were straight forward and easy More people from my family is coming in 2 weeks I m gonna order from here again Trust them and order

I had a great experience with Dante Labs tests kit for Corona virus home test nice and very efficient customer service as well who explained me how to use and how to send my samples

Fit to Fly went like clockwork

I feel people are more inclined to leave a bad review when things aren t good than leave a positive review when things go according to plan I can t comment on the Day 2 tests to be honest they re not time critical but the Fit to Fly 24 hr report from receipt in the lab was excellent It s very important to follow all instructions though I did the test and posted in a priority post box before 9am on Day 1 Thurs 14 Oct 2021 Got a lab receipt email on the Fri night - Day 2 My Fit to Fly certificate was emailed at 6am on the Sat morning - Day 3 My airport check-in was at 7pm on Day 3 so all good

So pleased we used Dante labs they were the lowest cost tests arrived promptly as refs needed for passenger location posted tests back on friday and results received by the weekend Easy to register and complete

Always a positive and easy experience

I have used Dante Labs Covid tests more than six times with absolutely no issue Always had on time the test kit Usually I order the kit 4-5 days before arriving to UK and have been at home in 1-2 days They send the code for the passenger locator form just after ordering And they inform you by SMS or email that the swap has arrived to their facilities And some days later they inform you about the results Always a positive experience And the less expensive PCR tests I ve found I recommend them

Total scam 13 months later and still haven t heard back from them They still have the cheek to come up with offers to attract new customers all the time Stay away
